Nice hotel , nice pool and and great location. But be very mindful that the aircon is €15 a night . So €100 a week...
Our two week stay in 2 bungalows across the family would add €400 to the trip. At the prices you pay for the rooms it’s disappointing that this isnt included like it is in most hotels in the area .
I went last year and it was amazing, the hotel staff were really polite and welcoming. The bungalows themselves were clean, safe and very much made me and my family feel like we were relaxing at home but in a different part of the world. Loved it! Recommend staying there! We’re planning on going back in 2021 and it’s mainly just because of these bungalows!
We have recently returned. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the pool was quiet and the grounds and pool area were very well presented. Location is great to try the many restaurants all within close proximity. Staff were always friendly. We will definitely return, had a wonderful time.
Stayed here for a week in mid February 2020, a family of 4 (2 boys 10 and 14 years of age) The bungallows have 2 separate bedrooms and adequate space in the living room. The terrace a nice space to enjoy the weather, after having spent some time at the fantastic pool area.
full insurance) 3) The Dunas of Maspalomas is a must see. Go for a walk from Playa del Ingles to Meloneras and have a lunch there and grab a bus return.
I enjoyed my stay here much more than I expected to. The bungalow was a good size and well equipped. We spent most of our time outside on our patio and lawn and this was a fairly private area, although people do pass by on their way to their own bungalows...
We didn’t use the indoor dining area, it did seem a bit basic and probably not very comfortable. It was mostly adults staying at the resort and it was very quiet which was great. The grounds were well looked after by gardeners. I enjoyed watching birds hopping about in the trees and hedges. The collared doves do get a bit too close though in their search for crumbs! The location is excellent with bus stops on the street outside and a ten minute walk to the very varied choice of restaurants in the Yumbo centre. There is a small supermarket close by. I was surprised that our bedding wasn’t changed during a week long stay, most places change after 3 or 4 days. The chap on reception when we checked in couldn’t have been less interested. A welcome would have been nice. Similarly it would have been nice to have been asked if we’d enjoyed our stay on departure. We didn’t use the cafe or pool and therefore didn’t have interaction with any other staff, apart from the cleaners who were very pleasant and could give reception staff a few lessons on how to smile. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. It was very relaxing and I would definitely stay here again.
