What a refreshing relaxing complex, 
Tranquil is a understatement we stayed in 119 luxuries 2 bedroom bungalow I have a TBI so I struggle with noisy places the  staff are amazing especially the lady who runs the bar if you want to adventure out you are based right in the centre of bars & restaurants with the sea front with plenty of shops,bars and restaurants offering an exceptional holiday 
We have already booked to go back for 10 nights from 15/08/2025

Pure excellence

We have had an amazing holiday as a family in this tranquil, tropical and beautiful hotel. My husband, myself and our son had a superior 1 bedroom bungalow and my sister, husband and 2x children had a 2 bedroom bungalow. They automatically put us near each other even though we did not request this as we know it can be difficult to accommodate. They said they automatically did this as we have the same surname.  We were situated in the tranquil gardens near the minigolf which was perfect for us as minigolf is the highlight of our holidays wherever we go in the world. This minigolf did not disappoint us and at a reasonable price to competitors in the area. The tennis courts are also well priced and good to send my husband and son off to play in the Gran Canarian heat for a few hours! Consequently even more peaceful! Whilst you feel you are in your own villa you also have the added service of a hotel with regular daily cleaning, towel changes and bed making service. We can not complain at all about the cleanliness of the bungalows and the housekeeping team worked hard to fulfil the guests expectations! All staff in the hotel were friendly and were willing to help with any queries to enhance our holiday! It is hard to find anything negative to say about this accommodation, even the location is perfect for local supermarkets, Yumbo Centre, Cita Centre and most importantly the outstanding beach!! If I was pushed for a comment for development it would be for the hotel to be stricter on people reserving sunbeds around the pool all day so that other people were unable to get one. This was not a problem for us as when we sat by the pool we were there early, ate at the reasonably priced pool bar and stayed on our beds for cocktails/beers in the late afternoon. But some others would put towels on the beds, leave the hotel and not return until 5/6pm. This meant that some people had to sit on the grass amongst the beautiful gardens with empty beds around them. I'm sure the hotel could come up with a better system so all can enjoy this service! Having said this it did not detract from an amazing stay at this brilliantly ran, well managed hotel. We will be returning next year with more of our family and friends! See you all then!

Holiday in Paradise!!!!

Returned home a few days ago and already wanting to go back, had a great week at the Bungalows Biarritz, in one of the superior bungalows.
From the moment of our late arrival the staff were absolutely fantastic, cheerful and helpful, we spent most of our time around the pool during the day usually having a simple lunch at the poolside bar then venturing out later on.
The buffet breakfast had multiple choices so everyone was happy, the room was made up with fresh towels every other day, the only downside for myself was the gym wasn't great but good enough for a basic workout.

Great stay ,highly recommended.

We checked in late at night and it was the security guard on reception duty, he was friendly and explained a few things.
We had a 1 bedroom bungalow, number 105, it was clean and spacious and very warm! The ceiling fans were pretty much useless. The AC was 15 euros a day, which we felt was expensive. 
105 is right by the road side (behind a hedge), so a bit of noise but not too bad.
Maid service was 5 days and towel change every other day.
Furniture was dated but we didn't mind that.
Lovely terrace outside the bungalow with table, chairs and sunbeds.
The pool was fab, used it everyday. Plenty of sunbeds available, no need to be out there at 6am with towels. The poolside snack bar was ok, menu limited but ok.
Sara who worked it was lovely. 
Good choice of breakfast (even sparkling wine, should you wish)
We encountered 4 cockroaches in the bungalow. 
Well placed for the beach (10 min walk). Yumbo centre just 5 min walk. Lots of restaurants nearby. All the ones we visited were fab. Mr Greek was the best!
It didn't feel busy/packed at all, lots of space. We used the tennis courts and mini golf, all good fun. 
Bus stop more or less just outside on the main road.
Nothing to complain about at all. Great holiday had.

Well, what can I say?
After the holiday from hell last year, (Not here, Eygpt!) we were a little nervous.
I requested a certain bungalow after doing plenty of research and got it! So straight away we were off to a good start.
A 2 bedroom superior bungalow right next to the pool. Air Con was touch and go, but rectified the next morning. 
As stated already some areas (furniture and decor) a bit dated, but we were at the pool or out the majority of the time, so didn't really bother us.
The pool was cleaned daily,  lifeguard on duty all day. Plenty of sunbeds. 
Close proximity to the beach, the steps were hard work, but doable. 
We are totally in love with the place, and will definately be back. Everywhere is clean and tidy,  and everyone was really friendly. Upon arrival there was a male on reception, I didn't get his name, he was super friendly and super helpful.
The proximity to everywhere we liked was cool. We loved the Yumbo Centre, literally a 5 minute walk!
There was only 2 faults,  and even they didn't ruin the holiday. 
First fault was No Parasols,  therefore no option of shading from the sun. And the second, no late check out option. 
But as I said, that didn't make much difference to the holiday, we will still be back.
