Fantastic Hotel
My husband and I stayed here and it was fantastic! The staff were lovely, the whole place was clean, plenty of sun beds and the breakfast every morning was great. Would recommend if coming to Gran Canaria!
Everything just seems right
Good central location to shops & beach, area felt safe at night, everything in the hotel was lovely, room was lovely albeit it's nearing a time for refurbishment, breakfast & poolside areas never overcrowded, just relaxed & pleasant

Highly Rated Experience
Could not fault this hotel and all staff. From checking in with a complimentary drink to checking out the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough to help you. The room was spotless, very comfortable and in particular the bathroom with a great power shower and constant hot water.Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. Towels were also provided daily to use by the pool and the beach. We were left a complimentary bottle of bubbly in our room for my friend’s birthday as well as 2 complimentary bottles of beer or cider. One morning we had an issue with the air con not working, reported it to reception and it was fixed straight away. The pool was lovely, so clean, the sun beds were very comfortable with the whole decor and layout of the hotel very stylish, comfortable and clean. Breakfast every morning was great, so much to choose from fruit, cereal to cooked. Overall my experience at the Gold Hotel was first class and would highly recommend it. If I go to Gran Canaria again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

perfect relaxing holiday
absolutely fantastic hotel.From arriving there till leaving a week later was perfect. no problem getting sunbeds there was always free ones and very comfortable beds too. Exceptionally clean .Rooms are stunning,food is amazing and staff very friendly. Probably the best hotel ever and we will definately be back
