Just waiting for our coach to go to the airport for a return to the uk. Had a lovely week here, the bit that made the most impression was when we arrived and because we were late arriving so had missed evening meal and they provided a room service ploughmans meal. Excellent food all week, especially enjoyed the Asian food night...
Beds were very comfy with rooms cleaned spotlessly and cleaning going on all the time around the pool. Evening entertainment was good especially the Texas jacks. Highly recommend this for couples or families with kids over 16.
We had a fantastic 2 weeks at Gran Canaria princess, the staff went out of there way to assist my disabled husband. The meals in restaurant was the best alliclusive we’ve been to and we have travel the world. There was so much seafood and different joints of meat every day...
I’ve never been to a hotel buffet where they cook you fresh tbone or tomahawk steaks. The rooms was spacious and clean and good water pressure in the bathroom. Only downside was the lifts, we was in a 1st floor room that’s adapted for people with disabilities and it was hard at times to get the lift. But we will come back. Thankyou
Fabulous week away together. Great welcome from reception, clean rooms (with lovely cleaning team) and a fantastic pool area.
Only had breakfast but no complaints - good selection and pleased it ran until 10:30.
Thanks Princess for a fab week.
I came here with my girlfriend, both 22 for a relaxing holiday and this is my experience after 9 days here.
Hotel was lovely in all honesty and always very clean. Pool was a good size but absolutely freezing. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the beach and everything else which is very handy...
Again the entertainment is very good with very good singers. However, it always starts late and finishes early so by the time you’ve waited in the horrendous queue to get a drink you’ve missed majority of it.
well i have to be brutally honest and say if your British just don’t bother it’s obvious once your here that it is aimed towards spanish and germans. Apologies to the few that were very friendly and helpful but your colleagues have let you down. The staff ruined the whole place with they’re horrid attitudes especially the female receptionist who turned their nose up to anyone who wasn’t spanish.
the drinks were very nice in fairness as the bar staff do not hold back on the alcohol which is a bonus but again they’re attitudes were awful and made it quite intimidating to order a drink even if your all inclusive (apart from a couple individuals who were very nice). The queue at night is pretty poor and could be made better if they just had a couple more serving behind the bar.
Personally i liked the food but i’m not a fussy eater. Its very clear that it is not catered for the British whatsoever so if your a fussy eater and hate sea food just don’t bother with all inclusive.
Overall, the place is lovely but the staff do kind of let it down.
All inclusive food was not that nice I’m afraid. Not much variety and very samey throughout the week for all breakfast lunch and dinner. Stay well away from the English sausage!! I eat most things but lived off salads and chips...
The rolls were rock hard!
We were not made aware that the pool area was Non Smoking. My auntie smokes and on the first day had a cigarette at the pool. Please note there are no signs around the pool whatsoever!! Another holiday maker started shouting and taking photos of us in Spanish, unfortunately we could not speak Spanish so had no idea what was said. We went and told reception that we was extremely uncomfortable especially that someone we did not know was taking photos of us without permission. The reception informed us they would do something about it, we have heard nothing and not even had an apology from the hotel. It was at this point the reception informed us that there was no smoking at the pool which of course we abided by for the rest of our stay! Note there are around 3 tables for smokers on the whole resort which were always jam packed. The hotel should consider a larger area.
This is purely an ignorant comment but hardly any of the staff spoke English so we struggled hugely to communicate with staff. Not a complaint at all as I wish I could speak Spanish to not have this issue. I would say around 20% of guests were British.
Entertainment was not good, apart from Texas Jacks who were amazing, and in my opinion should be performing at bigger places than hotels!
Hotel is very clean and modern
