Great hotel in a fantastic location
Beautiful aparthotel in a fantastic location. We went self catering and found the facilities for making snacks were perfect. Supermarket across the road for everything you need. The vote was quiet when we were there so we loved that there was no sunbed wars although I can imagine at busier times it can be quite difficult. The pool area and gardens where the jacuzzi’s are located are immaculately cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Nothing negative to say about this place it was honestly one of the nicest places we have stayed in!

This place was ideal for us. we got the ground floor room we requested. This opened straight onto artificial grass we had out own 2 sunloungers and this made laying in the sun very easy and able to go in and out of our room with ease.rhe cleaners came every day or every other day spotless every time.the complex is made up of various areas with its own deep pool Ours was handy cold and refreshing.we were near to entertainment and it was very loud until 11 o'clock but this was fine with us.some people would have had a hard time in maybe 10 rooms that bordered the entertainment.if with kids ask for a room away from the stage.food was good on out occasions.lots of choice.its in maspolomas proper so ig you want to go to the dunes it perfectly placed.beds comply,air-conditioning great,not many negatives I would recommend to others.providung I got a downstairs room.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location & brilliant staff
This hotel is brilliant. The location, the hotel, the rooms just everything is brilliant!
We were greeted by a lovely gent who got us booked in, we were in room 607, easily accessible by one of the two lifts. The room was beautiful, with air con in both the living and bedroom. Cracking big balcony, comfy beds, great shower, kitchen with full sized fridge and freezer, counter top cooker facilities and tv with sofa.
The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach & 5 minutes from the Yumbo. It has a supermarket across from the front door and bus stops to all areas nearby.
The jacuzzi area is stunning and so peaceful to just chill out in, the pool is lovely and plenty of loungers.
We will 100% be back to this hotel and continue to use it on all our trips to Gran Can!

Perfect
Hotel was great, location perfect 5 mins from beach, 5 mins from yumbo. Reception staff friendly The room was huge, beds super comfy, good size balcony.
Heated pool defo a plus, jacuzzi was great also.
Lunch was cheap and tasty - €9 burger and chips
Dinner €20 buffet but not great- not worth it.
Had everything we needed
Bar staff were not very friendly only downside they didn’t smile once, but we would still come back.
Nice hotel, not sure about the location
Staff all very helpful, our junior suite overlooking the pool was nice and the jacuzzi area to rear of the hotel also nice. We were on the 7th floor and the noise from the road was acceptable. Everywhere is clean and well kept. There is a gym near the pool. The hotel wasn’t full so getting sun beds and tables for breakfast/dinner was not a problem. The location appears to be in the middle of an LGBTQ and swingers area so expect a lot of guests with that preference. The food was ok on the whole but German cuisine was regular and some of the hot food wasn’t that hot. You could tell when the Brits were in because the baked beans and HP sauce had gone. The coffee was from a bean and the orange juice was real which was a bonus as they are two of my pet hates. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the Yumbo shopping centre 5 minutes away but it is a little, how shall I put it “seedy” so avoid if you don’t approve of cruising bars and massage parlours. On the whole this is a good 4*, nice facilities and good food if it was a little warmer. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the location but that is my personal preference.
