3rd time here and sadly I think would be the last, the hotel itself is great. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Food and drink were spot on no complaints there and the room was as we expected. However, the hotel was absolutely overrun with a particular nationality who seemed to find screaming shouting and having loud conversations in the corridor outside your room at 1,2,3,4am perfectly acceptable. This lead to awful interruptions with sleep for most of the 10 nights stay. I challenged one couple about the noise and asked they keep quiet past midnight when returning to their room and was met with complete disregard. I’m afraid to say it seems to cater for this nationality quite heavily and found them generally to be exceptionally rude. The behaviour around the pool area also showed no respect for others. If you want some peace and quiet to relax in the day, particularly after being woke up multiple times throughout the night, then think again. Children’s screaming shouting and balls continually hitting you whilst lay on sun loungers causing multiple drinks to be knocked over for most of the day. Absolutely never again. It’s a shame as the hotel itself if lovely. Some people are just selfish and could care less about others.
The hotel was lovely. Service was great and you could get food or drink no matter what time of the day thanks to its 24/7 bar, which is unusual for European all inclusive. The pool was a good temperature - not cold at all. Entertainment staff did lots of stuff throughout the day so always something to do if you wanted to join in. Rooms were nice, nothing special but what you needed. Although, whilst they do have soap and shower gel, they don’t have any conditioner there. The big let down was the sunbeds - these were getting reserved as early as 3:30am (I know this as I went to bed at that time and saw towels on beds). By 7:00, mostly all the beds were reserved. This is because the pool area has too many pergoda coverings and palm trees creating a lot of shade, but on the flip side, of all the beds that were in sun all day long, not many had an umbrella - so it was either full shade or full sun. The ones that had an umbrella in the sun were the ones reserved at stupid o clock in the morning. As a couple, I’m sure you would have found something, but as a group of 6 it was very hard… Restaurant food was nice, they did a good selection.
We stayed here a few weeks ago with friends. The hotel is very clean and in a great location. The staff seem to be friendly. A few things needed to make this a worthy 4 star hotel -
Overall, this hotel could be fantastic if they paid more attention to detail to bring it up to a better standard.
Went to this hotel which was getting great reviews, location is quite far from beach but close to plenty of shops and entertainment areas, noise all stopped at midnight as pubs etc next door was noisy till then, the hotel and rooms are kept very clean, toiletries were basic, food was very good, drinks are basic, cocktails were from machines and as said not a great selection, there was only one kind of beer, self service for the beer was a hit and a miss, coffees and tea machines were good, pool was best we’ve been in and was busy as wasn’t cold, staff throughout the hotel were great and all very friendly, entertainment staff during day were also very good, at night it was a different story, it was the hotels entertainment staff nearly every night and only lasted for about 40 minutes but must say they practiced hard and were good but again 40 minutes of entertainment at night and no chance of a dance etc was not near enough, our accommodation was a two room family room, definitely not very good for a family as there was only one seat, one bathroom and no dressing table, glad there was only the two of us as you needed to sit on your bed unless you went out onto balcony but again they were kept very clean, had a very good holiday but let down with the entertainment and selection of drinks, meant to say, great balcony as could sit there and listen to the entertainment from the pubs etc next to the hotel which was quite good lol
Staff really helpful and friendly. The hotel is really clean, daily cleans of your room..The food is great, plenty to choose from, something for everyone. We went there last year, loved it so much, went back again this year and will be going next year.
