Great location Atmosphere 10 out of 10 Rooms nice modern clean Value great Supermarket on the premises Great hotel all round Would love fresh towels every day only every two days.
The staff remembered myself and my partner which is always very nice especially after couple of year's not been their especially the bar men very friendly and great at their jobs . The kids entertainment was very good at the pool and the games . The disappointment was the approach to cockroachs in the room or corridors I understand it's extremely warm climate why they were out but more should be done to prevent this and the empty the bins more often ... The lifeguarding was very good also especially the older gentleman.
Amazing experience staff were so friendly and so nice to us couldn't fault them at all my little girl had the best time. Food was also so lovely and entertainment was good aswell
We stayed here in 2025 and enjoyed our stay so booked for 10 nights this time.
We were there as a family group of 14.
Our apartment was a good size for the four of us. Towels were changed daily and bedding every couple of days. Our cleaning lady was lovely, so friendly and helpful.
The pool area is a nightmare for getting a sunbed! People leaving towels on beds from very early morning and some days not appearing until late afternoon. There needs to be a better system in place, its very unfair!
The other thing was the shower, it flooded the bathroom everytime we used it, this seemed to be an issue for a lot of people.
The sunbed situation and the shower issues were the reason i put a 4 instead of a 5.
The staff that we came into contact with were all really nice.
Warning watch the pavement going down from hotel to center its really slippy depending on what your wearing on your feet.
Most of family did the dolphin trip and really enjoyed it, although sea sickness tablets recommended before travelling.
We did a trip to port mogan which is a beautiful place, market day is a friday.
Will definitely return again
We have just come back from a week at the revoli and I must say, It may be because it's half term and a lot of British are over there at the moment but the standards were way off where they have been on previous visits
Pool sunbed wars, The first Saturday we got there, We woke up, Pool doesn't open until 9AM and we was told sunbeds are not to be reserved until 9AM, When we woke up at 8AM every sunbed was taken, People lying on sunbeds, Its not policed before 9AM, and subsequently for the rest of the holiday sun beds regularly being reserved at 6.30AM to reserve the front sunbeds, We have never experienced this, Also the lifeguard did try taking people's towels so some people could use the sunbed, But if you left your bed to go in the pool and came back you'd find he's removed your towels thinking you wasn't using the beds when you was simply in the pool, This was very frustrating.
Housekeeping this year was extremely poor, I appreciate the hotel is extremely busy but the whole week we was there, It took 4 days to get clean towels with we had to request from reception as they hadn't been changed in over 4 days, They never changed the bedding on the pullout bed the whole week we was there, Also our shower gel ran out and the cleaners cleaned the room but didn't top up the shower dispenser so back to reception to request a top up, We had a leaking air conditioning unit the first day we arrived, Reported to reception and was fixed straight away.
Overall a mixed bag of a holiday but very disappointed with the hotel this year, Don't go in peak season would be my recommendation.
