Accommodation for adults only designed to offer the ultimate relaxing experience. We are located in a privileged area where guests can enjoy the excellent weather in Gran Canaria all year long.
The hotel and apartments are distributed throughout two adjoining buildings. At IG Hotel Nachosol Atlantic ****, you can stay in Double rooms or in a Suite with a Jacuzzi on the terrace, whilst the apartments are located at IG Yaizasol Premium.
During your stay, you can have a refreshing swim in our outdoor pool, sunbathe on the solarium and relax in the Jacuzzi, all of which you can find in both facilities. If you wish, you can also sample the delicious cuisine at La Princesa Restaurant, which offers breakfast and dinner services at IG Hotel Nachosol Atlantic ****. The reception desk is open 24/7 and is located in IG Hotel Nachosol Atlantic ****.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
So disappointed with the apartments. This is our third visit and we will not be returning, talk about a decline in the cleanliness of the apartments they are literally filthy. 1 teaspoon, no knife with a serrated edge, grout dirty in the shower we went out and bought cleaner from the supermarket. We were last here in 2023 the cleaner was amazing and you’d know when she’d been in your apartment as you could smell the freshness, well not anymore folks, it’s literally like they run in, wipe the surface and run out. To top it all off the AC was leaking and we’ve had 2 nights with a soaking wet floor, the reception lady said “ wipe the floor with the towels” no sorry no nothing. It needs a total revamp, new housekeeping ( as they are dreadful) DO NOT STAY HERE THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS Will be feeding back to JET 2
Stay at this hotel last year which was really lovely. So decided to return this year. Sadly the hotel has seemed to of lost its love, but on that note I have to say. The pool was extremely clean and checked throughout the day, always plenty of beds. Restaurant breakfast was very repetitive and warm. Staff very polite and friendly. House keeping wasn't as good as last year towels were well and truly worn with holes in them along with the pillow cases. We also reported our door not closing proply twice but nothing was done about it. We had to just slam it close. The rooms are spacious and laid out well. Bar and restaurant closes at 3 which meant no where to grab a non alcoholic drink after 3pm, maybe a vending machine is needed for cold drinks and even snacks. Good location out of the way, but close enough for a short walk down to the town and local restaurants, and also to the beach. Good views with sea view.
Our second visit after 3yrs and it was a nice touch the hotel remember this they gave us a few complimentary gifts,everything is almost as good as last time rooms equipped with most things,but a toaster would be nice,safe and air-conditioning free no complaints.all staff polite and helpful, The few things that have altered are the food and drinks close at 3pm instead of 5 or 6,and no happy hour,also food has taken a bit of a dip in standards for our taste,but apart from these charges it was a pleasure staying at this hotel.
We stayed in Yazisol one bedroom apartment - lovely and clean , well presented . Great balcony over looking pool and fantastic views of harbour /beach . Lovely and quiet rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and more spectacular views Only downside was very minimal (9) sunbeds by the pool .
Our 3rd year visiting Nachosol Atlantic for a 10 day relaxing holiday..unfortunately some things seem to have gone downhill a little... we love it here it's a beautiful location all the staff are very friendly and helpful.. but the cleaning of the room was a little disappointing the bed sheets didn't get changed at all through our stay the towels are pretty old and worn and the floor was left dusty..the breakfast was a bit of a let down too but thats our tastes not everyone likes the same things every day it gets a little boring.. and the bar/restaurant now closes at 3pm rather the 5pm like previously..pool area as always plenty of sunbeds and lovely pool no complaints there the life guard had the easiest job in the world sat under a umbrella for 5 hours a day! Will definitely return to Puerto Rico again but unfortunately not at the Nachosol Atlantic.
