Fantastic experience amazing staff so friendly and helpful. Entertainment throughout the day & night Ayman the activity organiser absolutely fun friendly & a amazing sense of humour can't wait to go back.
Welcoming to vegetarians and food allergies
Loved it. First solo trip. I emailed the hotel in advance regarding my dietary needs, being all inclusive I was worried as I'm vegetarian and allergic to oranges. Checked with reception at check in, and they gave me a red card to show restaurant manager at meals.
The chef was informed at each of my visits and guided me through each section of the buffet and told me what was and wasn't safe to have.. if there was something I wanted that had oranges as part of the display, the chef made me a personal dish with what I wanted such as cheese and fruit. They even offered to bring in veggie burgers, falafel and tofu dishes for me if I requested.
Amazing friendly, polite, welcoming staff, clean hotel with lovely facilities, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.
A week în the canarian heaven
It is one of the best hotels I ever experienced, and I travel a lot for business and as a turist. Spotless clean, with beautiful view, well equipped rooms, quiet area, perfect service, very good and diverse entertainment , excelent food. Perfect!!!
We are glad we went!
We went with SAGA for an all inclusive three week stay from part of May and into June. We have been to that area before some years ago but not in that hotel so we knew it was relatively quiet but buses were frequent and cheap so easy to get around. The staff are out outstanding. I have never seen so relatively few staff turn their hand to so much. And with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. And everything done fast and efficiently. I hope the management realise and reward accordingly. The bedrooms have been described in reviews as small. Well I would say narrow but long and unusually two armchairs in a double room! Perfectly adequate. The balcony we had looked towards the sea and pools with two chairs and a table, fantastic views. Entertainment was not something we had gone for but if it got loud sometimes, it did stop at ten thirty and the bedrooms are sound proof and air conditioned. In our last week we tried the Aquarobics classes. The “health coach” was such fun but as well as encouraging he was aware of different ages and fitness so it was comfortable. In fact we enjoyed it so much we are now booking classes at our local leisure centre! We went for rest and relaxation we had it. Thank you to the hotel staff.
