The Corallium Beach by Lopesan (Only Adults) is in the very heart of Playa San Agustín, in the south of Gran Canaria. The property offers delicious food options as well as refreshing drinks ideal to enjoy with friends or family surrounded by an agreeable atmosphere. Guests can spend the day by the outdoor swimming pool sunbathing or resting under the shadow of an umbrella.
Treat yourself with body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools and bicycles to rent. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, a hair salon and tour/ticket assistance.
Although adult only hotel, there weren't many things to do in the day and entertainment in the evening wasn't very good. All performers are in the dark!
Drink ordering at mealtimes were slow and you have to pay for your room safe if you require one.
First visit to Gran Canaria and our hotel was only 25 mins from airport. Great! St.Agustin is a beautiful area and so is the hotel. We were greeted at reception by warm and friendly staff. Our rooms were on the first floor overlooking the pool and beach. Fabulous view. The room was clean, and bright. You can have them cleaned daily. Our holiday was bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was plentiful with great choice. Great activity programme and we participated daily with Yoga/ Pilates and Aqua Gym classes. Ayman (the health coach) made the workouts fun and energetic. He really knew his stuff and included everyone in his sessions. The 2 pools were clean and so were the areas around it. Plenty of sun loungers although no policy for those people who put towels on loungers and disappear. Thankfully there were enough and no issues. The bar staff were always polite and friendly, the menu had a good choice and the food was cooked well. Overall, great hotel, great location and hoping we will be back again.
We had a really lovely stay at the Corallium Beach Hotel and would definitely consider returning. One of the things that stood out most was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and professional, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Although the hotel isn’t tiny, it has the welcoming, personal feel of a much smaller, family-run hotel, which we really appreciated. And, of course, it's adults only. The location is beautiful. We had a sea-view room and the clean, sandy beach is literally just a few steps away. The promenade is lovely too – I enjoyed a 6km run along it and back several times during our stay. St Agustin also has some really lovely restaurants within easy reach, so the bed and breakfast option worked perfectly for us. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was quite small but perfectly adequate and was cleaned every day. There are two small but lovely pools with plenty of seating around them, and we never had a problem finding somewhere to sit. Some early seat grabbers with their towels at 7am, but not many. Breakfasts were superb, with plenty of choice, and we also found the prices of food and drinks at the hotel very reasonable. Another highlight was the activities. We took part in daily yoga/Pilates and Aquafit classes with a skilled and enthusiastic instructor, (Ayman) which we really enjoyed. There were plenty of other activities available too for anyone wanting to join in. The only real negative for us was the air conditioning. It wasn’t quite effective enough in our bedroom and wasn't working in the breakfast room or gym during our stay. This made those areas uncomfortably warm at times. We understand that the air-conditioning system is due to be refurbished, and once that has been addressed, we would be very happy to return. Other small things weren't perfect, but it's not a highly expensive, 'luxury' hotel. Overall, a very clean, friendly and welcoming hotel in a fantastic beachfront location, with wonderful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Very good value for money.
Our stay at the hotel can only be described as excellent. We went all inclusive and the food was varied and at a high standard. The hotel is over 18s, in a quieter location, good swimming pools and direct access to a sandy beach. The facilities and grounds were good. The cleanliness was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and answered all questions. We had a fantastic family holiday - thanks.
Great location, great atmosphere, great room, food is amazing so much choice. Very clean place. All round great place. Highly recommend
