Beautiful hotel! But beware of the dress code
A great hotel in a lovely location by the beach. The hotel and facilities were clean, and staff were kind and friendly. There was a great variety of food and drink options at the restaurant and pool bar. We particularly enjoyed the aqua gym and entertainment provided by Anthea who did a great job bringing the energy, she was incredibly friendly and an asset to the hotel! Thank you Anthea
Our only criticism was the dress code for men, which for us was not communicated - it is detailed on their website but buried in menus. As such, I did not bring any trousers with me and was denied entry to dinner, and had to borrow a pair of trousers. This was very disappointing and to us didn’t make any sense. We fully understand dressing smart for dinner, but shorts can be smart, and this bizarre rule actually had the opposite effect: men were either all wearing the same borrowed trousers, or casual clothing such as tracksuit bottoms which somehow were acceptable, but smart shorts were not. They should really consider changing this rule as it would put us off returning.

Holiday
The hotel is excellent in every respect and maintains a very high standard. Its location is wonderful, and the beach is absolutely beautiful.
Another fantastic visit
A 7th return to this hotel. The location is outstanding. Well furnished rooms and the entire hotel spotless The greatest aspect is the the service provided by the genuine friendly and professional staff that are all customer focused. Each guest is made to feel special. First class food, with a selection to cater for all tastes. It was San Juan festival during our stay and the display and entertainment put on was certainly well managed and it was a night to remember.

Best half pension
Anthea is the best entertainer and pr women in the bussiness. A beautiful women which i would merry today. All best of luck in the future.
Garison deserves a pay rise
Garrison was the best waiter we had during our visit and truly deserves a pay rise. He worked exceptionally well under pressure and handled every situation professionally. Whenever he noticed a mistake, he took the initiative to sort it out quickly and efficiently.
As a chef from Scotland who has worked in hospitality for many years, I have high standards when it comes to service. Garrison exceeded those standards with his excellent attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
He is a real asset to the team, and his hard work should be recognised. Thank you, Garrison, for providing such outstanding service. Highly recommended
