Our second stay & still amazing!
This was our second stay at the Paradisus and it felt like we were coming home!
As soon as you walk into reception there is a sense of calm. The staff are so welcoming and it was lovely to see the same happy faces. They are genuinely interested in making every guest happy and nothing is too much trouble.
The Reserve gives you a separate priority check-in, adult only pool, choice of à la carte breakfast and a spacious lounge where you can help yourself to drinks and snacks all day.
The hotel and grounds are immaculate and our premium room was spacious with a super-comfortable bed, marshmallow pillows, walk-in rain shower, bath and lovely toiletries!
Every meal was delicious with lots of choice throughout our stay. Peseta is still a highlight and definitely worth booking.
Thank you to Jorge, Daniel, Victoria, Cynthia, Javier, Sara and all the other staff for making our second stay so special. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Luxurious and relaxing!
Our second visit to Paradisus did not disappoint! The hotel is still immaculate and the service is still amazing. The staff can't do enough to make your stay special and memorable. Javier in Ginger, Victoria, Daniel, Rita, Cynthia from the destination team, Sara at The Shack, Jorge the Resident Manager and many many more superb staff whose names we didn't manage to remember. They are always so happy and willing to please, nothing is too much trouble.
We had a Reserve Suite on the 7th floor with amazing resort and sea views. The room was spacious with a large balcony, sofa, table and chairs, extremely large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping the room clean and everything fully stocked on a daily basis.
There are several restaurants and food concepts available both during the day and throughout the evening. The food we had was always served quickly and the quality was very good. Peseta is a Michelin starred food experience not to be missed. We recommend booking the restaurants in the evening to avoid disappointment.
Overall, another amazing experience that we can't fault and we will most definitely be returning.

Amazing place and the staff make it excellent…
Nearly everything in this hotel is perfect. As soon as we walked into the hotel it felt very chilled and relaxed. The staff welcome you with a genuine smile and they cannot do enough for you. The hotels decor was very relaxing. The food in the different restaurants was good but my partner is Celiac and he did struggle and the buffet hall the food seemed not to be hot. Which was a shame. Would I go back definitely even though the food did let them down. Although the staff would try so hard to cook things on demand especially at the sports bar and we were very thankful for their efforts.

Fabulous hotel
Enjoyed a lovely week at the Paradisus. Our room was very comfortable and kept immaculate by the cleaning staff. You could not fault the staff for their politeness and work ethic but a special thanks to Sara who worked at The Shack. She was very helpful and always had a smile for her customers. We sampled the buffet which had a wide variety of food, the Italian restaurant which was very good and the Kanna restaurant which was lovely, although as we don’t like raw fish, weren’t able to have a starter with our evening meal as that’s all they had on offer. The menu is slightly different during the day and it was very good. The Shack has good food, served on a lunchtime and until 5 pm. All in all, I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending this beautiful hotel.
