We have been to the Paradisus every year for the last three years and we love it as much as we did the first time.
Complete luxury and beautiful decorations.
The staff are so nice, I wish we took the names of them all but special credit to the lady with red hair serving in the gastro hall at breakfast time.
The food here was amazing, loved the Italian restaurant and Peseta especially.
I hope we are able to come back next year

Just want to give a big shout out to Brahim in Gingers/Vibra great guy and great service
Great holiday - everyone so accommodating- Brahim in the Vibra Bar couldn’t do enough for us - he has been so helpful and so friendly and polite - thank you
Brahim - great service for all of our family
Travelling as a family with a 6 and 10 year old we stayed in a Junior Suite Mountain view (car park view). We looked at upgrading to an ocean view, however this room was even smaller. Rooms were immaculate, however no where near enough storage for clothes for 4. Beds were comfortable and room service and mini bar were great. Hotel as a whole was immaculately clean, food and drink in the restaurant and bars were fantastic. The Gastrohall (buffet) left alot to be desired. No where near enough staff, which seemed a regular occurrence. Struggled to find clean tables. No plates and bowls at times, having to ask staff. Regularly running out of food. Not much of a choice for dinners at all for the kids. Never ate in there for lunch due to poor breakfast and dinner service/ options. Ginger bar in the evening we regularly had to try and catch staff to order drinks, waiting 20 mins some nights. Could see alot of tables getting impatient. Customer service massively let's this hotel down. I do however have to mention, Roberto, manager in Lemon Fish, went above and beyond when we went there for drinks after dinner. Location is ok, nothing particular nice near by to walk to. I think with children under 5 this would be ideal, but definitely not for us.
