Extremely peaceful and relaxing stay
Really enjoyed our stay here. Stayed in serenity side and was so pleased. We had a ground floor room which hotel accommodated due to my husbands bad knee. It was extremely relaxing and peaceful and much needed to recharge the batteries. I thought the breakfast was great, plenty of options and nice and fresh. Reception staff were extremely helpful and thanks to maintenance staff when I couldn’t get my key card to work who arrived quickly. Cleaners worked really hard and well done to the gardener as place was kept beautiful.
Only a couple of small things.. bedrooms could really do with a fan as no air conditioning and wouldn’t want to leave veranda doors open at night also could do with some anti-slip strips leading into the pool.
Apart from that a really enjoyable relaxing stay and would love to visit again

Brilliant Hotel
Enjoyed our 14 night stay ,the breakfast was plentiful and lovely, the hotel is spotless, all the staff from the cleaners ,bar staff,the staff in the restaurant, maintenance people, in all all the staff were polite and very helpful, room 122 was perfect ground floor close to the pool and the bar ,the Jet2 rep was there everyday but we never had any problems ,we will be returning in the very near future, keep up the hood work
Nice relaxing holiday
Great hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday. Was nice to get away from the all inclusive mayhem and just chill out doing what you want The rooms are nice and big and there is a really good pool area. Nice to not worry about creeping down for sunbeds at stupid o clock as you can't get into the pool area until 10am. All staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is really good with enough choice. I would definitely be going back , thanks to all.

Not impressed
We are on our last day Siroco hotel, got very mixed reviews. We arrived about 11pm last Thursday first impression lovely and clean got to our room. Little disappointed wasn't tea/coffee or even a bottle of water. Nothing open in the area either 😕 ment to be queen size bed it was basically 2 singles pushed together. Went for breakfast it was ok basic !! My partner asked one morning Could he have a omelette. She was very rude and said No !! Pool area was lovely glad we stayed serenity tho because you cant get a sunbed till 10am staff even lock them up 😪. We are half board evening meal was not the best definitely not worth 20 Euros. Not much choice very bland. Felt like you were sitting in a works canteen. Choice of rabbit stew / pork stew. No fresh meet to even go with a nice salad.... Location was good about 15 min walk to some beautiful restaurants great value for money aswell... We asked for a late check out lady at reception said a straight NO NO NO !!! I asked could we just have a couple of hours she said no. Thought she was very rude also staff in canteen bar area were rude!! Housekeeping wasn't the best only came 3 times no bed change. No towel change one occasion she came at 445 pm. We said no thankyou because we wanted to get ready for the evening. So spoke to reception about it and she rudely said Housekeeping work till 5pm. Not her problem!!

Nice pool, nice breakfast most staff were pleasant. No aircon in room so you have to.pay for a fan which is ridiculous. Had to pay for ice 1 euro off an rude young lady behind the bar who gave me a prolonged gracias . Its a 3 star hotel which means its got.cleaned 3 times a week, wifi hardly worked. Better places to stay closer to bars etc. Adults only which is good. Wouldnt stay again. But its ok if you just want to chill.
