This welcoming apartment complex is situated in the leisure centre of Costa Teguise, approximately 600 m from the nearest beach. The hotel is well situated for the public transport network with a stop located just 400 m away. The town centre, which offers plenty of bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife scene, is also within walking distance. Amongst the hotel facilities are a welcoming bar and a restaurant. Guests may park their cars in the hotel's outdoor car park.The simple studios and apartments come with a combined bedroom/living room, a bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge. The apartments come with an additional separate bedroom. All of them are well-equipped as standard. Guests may make use of the swimming pool and the sun terrace. There is also an entertainment programme to provide some variation.

Spotlessly clean, great food & excllent value for money....
I can not praise this hotel highly enough..
The cleanliness is superior to any other hotel we have stopped at , with every area being inspected and cleaned throughout the day. The bedroom was spacious, light and spotless on arrival. The staff and always friendly, the food was excellent with plenty of fresh healthy options available at all meals. The themed meal evenings were excellent.
The only negative I can give is that they do not enforce their "pool towel" policy of not reserving beds and removing towels from unused beds. Ultimately, this is caused by the selfish tourists who if only used beds as and when they needed... it would not be a problem.
Excellent value for money hotel, possibly deserving an extra star..

Excellent place to stay
What a great hotel, rooms are very clean and spacious, pool area and grounds all very well kept, food is very very good and staff in the restaurant never stop clearing tables and bringing hot food out. Would definitely return, most of the hotel is 4 star probably just rooms a bit basic

Better than 3Stars
Great Hotel would say it was the best 3 star hotel we have stayed in worth another star easily. Staff in every department were amazing a special mention to the 3 girls doing the entertainment as they worked very hard. Definitely recommend the Hotel.
Better than a 3*
We were pleasantly surprised at this resort. 3* way better than that. We stayed in premium room, and a special shout out to Idaira in the bar. She worked so hard and was really kind. All the staff were great. The place was spotless. Never saw a single cockroach. The dining room was clean and spacious. The food was well presented. Not a massive choice but enough to satisfy everyone. Food could have had a bit more seasoning as was a little bland at times. No flies seen around the food. The lasagne was excellent as was the freshly cooked meat and fish. I would certainly return as it’s so close to 4*. Shops and bars all within a 10-15 minute walk.

Perfect place to stay.
This hotel is the best i have ever been to !!! The hotel is spotless,you can see the cleaners work so hard to keep it up to such high standards.Everyday in the restaurant there was something for everyone,the food was always fresh,tasty,Vincent always welcomed us all with a big smile,he was always friendly and happy to see us😁.Alison and lilly at the bar were very polite,well mannered,and were very friendly,they always had a laugh with us,they were lovely😁We had the perfect stay❤️
