Great. Good for kids.
The room was great. The buffet had a fantastic selection for kids and was very tasty. The real adventure park was excellent, easily spent a whole day there and more.
The customer service was impeccable. Luis in Timafaya was brilliant. The staff are friendly and good with kids.
Would recommend.

Family fun
Fab family fun in the Togoro. Highy recommend. Jonathan was outstanding. Gorgeous cocktails and a fabulous energy about him as we all appreciated the huge effort he made with everyone. We all had an absolute ball here.
Nice week
Food is lovely hot and fresh lots of choice just not much vegetarian choice salad or cheese pizza so could be better in that department.
Rooms clean and spacious cleaned every day well, the air con is questionable it’s not really cool. Sea view is lovely and balcony spacious.
Animation team all lovely, restaurant staff great service, reception all lovely just bar staff let it down never a smile and rushed all the time.
Ques at bars at time’s bearing in mind it’s not busy so could be a problem in peak times.
Real adventure side is mainly for under 8’s so unless you have this age no point as everything you need is on other side.
Hotel in general is clean and plenty of sunbeds and seating
Disability friendly lifts or ramps everywhere if mobility is poor but walk a bit ask to be near reception/buffet area as it’s quite big to get around
Drinks are fab lots of choice and served in glasses children get plastic so if want a glass and they think it’s for a child ask, cocktails are lovely tried most of them some are payable
Once restaurant shuts there is no late night snacks unless you order room service which is expensive for what it is this lets the hotel down as would be nice for a 5* to offer food in the late evening
Pool towels are available here and pools are cold
Lastly entertainment this is an area I feel it also lets the hotel down. Daytime it’s aqua dance and maybe a kids polo game they split across the other parts of hotel so if want to do something you have to move which is inconvenient Night time is 8-8.45pm mini disco in the disco room then a show 9.30-10.30 on the terrace so if older kids it’s waiting until 9.30 for the show which are good it’s just boring waiting and to finish at 10.30 is early. For a hotel that in the name says family and fun I would have to disagree nothing flows it’s big gaps of nothing teenagers would be bored.
All in all it’s been a wonderful week and have no complaints I just want to let people know what to expect I think if entertainment improves I would return I would also grade this hotel more a 4* some little improvements would make it 5*

Miss sold
Paid premium rates to stay in children themed play adventure, the restaurant hasn’t been open once in the 5 days we have been here so far. The children’s pools are freezing cold to the point my grandchildren’s lips have turned blue and uncontrollable shivering. They have to now haul 3 children through the complex to go into the cheaper sides of the hotel to play in warmer pools and to eat.
