Lovely entertainment
Me and Helen my partner are in are in are early 60s and the animation team have been amazing with us nothing is too much trouble for them to do for you, and the fire show was brilliant and definitely worth seeing
Fantastic from start to finish
Genuinely incredible hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The facilities, pool, restaurants, bars everything are perfect. The entertainment team are incredible. Very kind and friendly but not in your face. They treat every guest the same whether they join in with activities or not. Kalvin was very kind to my son, shout out to him! The entertainment isn't overbearing either and very fun. The evening entertainment is also all incredible. The food is great for every meal, and always something good available at the pool bar. Some of the bungalows are a little run down but this didn't affect our stay at all. The only bad point was no air con in the lounge so we all had to sleep in the main bedroom. The only other bad point was the cocktails at the pool bar really do not taste good! However the cocktails in the lobby bar are lovely! Every member of staff was kind and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

great entertainment
Great experience, the entertainment team were really friendly and welcoming, and there was always plenty to do throughout the day. There was something for everyone, and we had a lovely time!
