Just back from 2 weeks all inclusive. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Fast and efficient check in. The staff are very helpful. The choice of pools are great although we mainly stuck to the adults only one. The life guards were efficient in taking away any towels that were left lying about on sunbeds for more than 1 hour which is absolutely great and meant that everyone had the chance to sunbathe. The chill out zone was very nice and relaxed. The bar staff are amazing and very friendly. On check in you got to pick how often guy needed your room cleaned, we choose every 3 days and that was more than enough, the beds were changed every cleaning day and Sonia left our room spotless every time. We had a little problem with our safe and within minutes of reporting it to reception the maintenance guy was at our door to fix it. There are 3 lots of entertainment to choose from every night. Nautilus bar and the teatro Maris and also a Disney film. We took advantage of all three on different nights. The animation team are fantastic especially Katarina who is absolute crazy funny in the shows, so much energy. It was a special touch that when you are at the Nautilus bar the waiters come to you, you don't even have to go to the bar, they even come up the stairs to see if you want a drink when you are sitting on the comfortable seats inside above the bar, just outside reception. The 2 restaurant that you can use every day had a great choice of food, I am a fussy eater and I never had a problem finding something to eat. We booked the Balinese bed for 1 day as it was my daughter and husband's birthday on the first Wednesday of our stay. The beds include a bottle of cava and a fruit plate. Dianella the customer experience advisor was very professional and very helpful with anything you needed. She even came to say goodbye when we sadly had to leave. Overall this holiday was one of the best we have had. Will definitely return.

I NEVER leave a negative review however always leave an honest review. Drinks - amazing. Cleanliness -room was immaculate on arrival however, not cleaned daily as requested. You request how often you wish for your room to be cleaned. I clean my house top to bottom daily therefore selected daily. This request was not met. Cleaned my own room myself. Despite addressing this twice, issue was not rectified. Cockroaches are also a huge problem here. Communal areas not cleaned. Pool area very grubby at times. Although communal toilets are cleaned every hour.
Pools- okay. Entertainment team work hard although please do not play the same playlist 4 times a day.
Food- very disappointing. Having read previous reviews had high expectations which were not met in any shape nor form. Having spoke to many returning guests this appears to be the biggest let down of the hotel. Barely edible. Dry meat that you can barely chew in the restaurant and poor snack bar food that is dry and crusty. Some days you could barely make a decent salad with the limited offerings and before anyone says I’m far from a snob or foodie.
Entertainment- not good. Day staff try their best. Evening - go out.much better entertainment in the local area. Very limited outside seating to sit and enjoy a drink on a sunny evening. Waiter service appears to depend on nationality.
Staff- cater very much so to the French. Should be a French only hotel.
Local Area- thankfully you are close enough to local amenities to go out and try to make the most of your holiday. If you are looking for all inclusive and not wanting to go out this is not the place for you.
Location- very close to airport. No need to travel on coach. Use local Taxis. Support local people.
Would we stay again - absolutely not.
Defo not a 4 star and this was a majority opinion of most guests, many who have returned for over 10 years.
My wife and I had previously stayed at this hotel in May this year and had a really nice holiday. Unfortunately there was a mix up with our room this time, due to the change of their guest relationship manager leaving the business. There does appear to be a lack of communication between the new guest relationship manager and the reception team. The hotel however did try to resolve the issue with the limited options they had. Plus points food is good and staff are friendly. We sadly will not be returning to this hotel🙁.
Absolutely love this hotel. I've stayed here a few times, and it was an amazing experience each time. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, it only takes 7 minutes in a taxi from the airport. 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the beach. 10 minutes in a taxi from the hotel to the lively nightlife. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance too. Great atmosphere in the hotel. The staff treat you like royalty, and there is always a friendly vibe with other guests. The rooms are large, and the facilities are good. I usually opt for the junior suite. The bed was massive. Free WiFi throughout the hotel. Good speeds and no loss of connection. The food is incredible. Everything I ate here was delicious. The menu changes daily, so you never get bored. And finally, this hotel offers great value for money. The best way to describe it is affordable Luxury. One guest I spoke to at the hotel said it was his 14th time staying there.
