Beatriz Playa and Spa Hotel

Returned from a 4 day break here middle of May with my husband .We had a fantastic stay, was a bit unsure after reading some reviews but on arrival was put to ease. The hotel has everything you could ask for. Beachfront, clean everywhere, great variety of food and drinks. Especially loved the bookable chinese and breakfast. Beer is san Miguel we actually had a beer along at the shopping centre but hotels was better. Loved the sports bar for branded drinks very cheap. Staff were brilliant, room cleaned spotless daily , for all you cockroach hunters didn't see any but you are in the Canaries . Pool clean .always sunbeds. Entertainment was good loved the opera singers. Paid alot more for hotels no where near as good as this. Will definitely be returning. Well done Beatriz Playa and Spa.

I booked a 3-night break at this hotel it is very unique and clean the grounds are amazing with statues and waterfall and other water features I've never seen it like this anywhere else I've stayed

As everyone knows I read the reviews for this hotel before arriving, the reviews are very average so I was a little apprehensive however I didn't need to worry the hotel is large it's clean the staff are very friendly in all departments also if you're not sure about anything the staff are approachable

Like it's been mentioned on previous reviews the food is fine not very different variety as is the way in most all-inclusive hotels however I felt the food was fresh, plentiful and enough to feed an army

The location is very pretty the room I had is a sea view room the room is very large comfortable Ann's clean Granted that the Hotel decor is a little tired but it does not impede on your holiday the facilities in the hotel are very good as well Plant City today for adults and children swimming pools are large some are heated and there is always a good amount of sun loungers. The all-inclusive offers a good variety of food, drink and entertainment

In my opinion this is a very good hotel for couples and families alike I would personally highly recommend Hotel Beatriz player and Spa.

There are a good number of shops restaurants and bars 5 minutes from the hotel

I don't think that this hotel gets enough credit for what it does personally I would trust that as a 4 and a half to five star hotel

We had a two week holiday with one of those with most of our family, they loved it, especially our Granddaughter. I have written enough over the time on our positive experiences with this hotel, this being our 14th visit, so this review is a few thank you's. Javier, as always thank you for making our family welcome. You have a team you should be proud of, i'm sure you are ! The holiday family- i think it was their 26th time here and we always seem to choose the same times lol. Great to see you and hope you all enjoy the birthday celebrations next time. Pilar - so great to see you back, you work tirelessly and a great Ambassador to the Beatriz brand. David (pool man), i have known David since we first came here, i spend every early morning on a sunbed enjoying the tranquility of stillness in Matagorda and we always chat. I have known him since he was a little lad in shorts, and now, well nothing has changed lol. Please everybody,say hello if you get a chance. He gets berated because he is just doing his job and making the pool safe and clean for us to use. Harry 'styles' - the new Socorrista from Columbia, stick at it buddy, you are friendly and work hard, be a team player and work for the success of the hotel and you will be rewarded, i have faith in you. Carlos, - working tirelessly as ever on the bars. It has been a pleasure to call you a friend and to be greeted on our return. Silvia- ahhh Silvia❤️, finally meeting you after all this time. You reduced a grown man to tears when we met, an amazing woman and such a poignent time after all the assistance you have given us. It was you personnally that made our family holiday what it was. I wish you, your husband and family all the best for what the future holds. I know the hotel holds you in high esteem, and deservingly so. In absence, Anastasia & James, we missed you this time but good to hear you are both still doing well and getting the recognition. Finally, (sorry if you are bored by now) it is time to say farewell for now to our great relationship with this hotel. It has been amazing, the food is great, location great, staff great, our time here has been great. As in everywhere, room for improvement and the hotel is in great hands with Javier, the teams and the new owners. We need a change as our life changes nearing retirement.
