Avoid this hotel!!
Avoid this hotel!! The room was riddled with flies which is disgusting! The food was either cold or over cooked. I paid for full board but ended up eating out everyday. The pool although heated was very dirty. The gym was also very dirty with visible dust and grime on a lot of the equipment. The location was shocking!! Its placed over a mile out from the main strip up an extremely steep hill. The nearest supermarket is 1 kilometre away also down the hill which made it difficult carrying shopping such as water back to the room. This holiday was advertised to me as a health and fitness resort yet upon arrival the first thing that I noticed was that I was the only guest under the age of 70 (I am 43). This was an extremely strange and uncomfortable experience
First solo trip! So tranquil x
This place is a hidden gem just up a hill away from the hustle but walking distance down to the more lively areas… it’s so calm & peaceful here it’s set out like a lovely little village no banging doors to worry about & the Pool is so perfect & so easily accessible. I was only here 5 days for my first solo trip but I’m so thankful I picked Cassus Heddy as I felt so safe & so looked after! All the staff were so kind & lovely & there is the cutest cats too. I will definitely be back Im missing it so much already as Im back to dreary Scotland & missing the beautiful palm trees there… thanks again! Joanna from Scotland xx

Amazing time at Casas Heddy
Second time here and had a lovely relaxing stay. I was in one of the recently refurbished rooms. I came to relax and that's exactly what I was able to do. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, lovely warm swimming pool with plenty of sun beds. I was half board the evening meals were 4 courses and were different menus each night not a buffet in sight for the evening meal, breakfast was freshly cooked/made for you. Thank you for a lovely stay couldn't fault a thing
Relaxing and tranquil
Second time here and it was just a good as the first time. lovely new renovated room above reception with great views. Clean tidy and everything we needed. Balcony area was enormous. Pool during the day plenty of beds and sunshine. Breakfast was my highlight of the beginning of the day. So naughty or healthy you choose. Chefs were lovely and would cook fresh eggs for you how you wanted. Good location away from noise of the roads or strip. Easy walking distance to the old Harbour / Town and the strip. Reception lady Andrea was so helpful and could advise on local amenities. Would highly recommend this place and return. Good value for money as evening meal also included.

Wonderful Casas Heddy,hidden gem
I loved everything about Casas Heddy in Lanzarote. Outstanding,friendly and helpful staff.The whole ehos of this wellness centre is kindness and keeping everyone happy.Here I must mention Theo,Nico,Kiara,Nuieve,Olaf, and his mum..,Johnny chef...all so lovely....and sorry if I forgot some names....but all so nice. The facilities were amazing,especially the heated pool! As a vegan I was spoiled every night with very tasty options and breakfast had plenty of options.So food was great. The room was lovely with cleaners every other day,which I prefer.Beds were very comfy and the aircon worked well. Loved the entertainment approx 3 nights a week including a quiz night and there was a piano on site too ,which I really enjoyed playing for the guests. The overall place was welcoming ,warming,and like living in a spa...no loud unruly music...just right....at top of the hill- so great views.When I wanted more hustle and bustle from the livelier sea front strip or beautiful marina ...I would walk down and get a taxi back,costing around 4.5 Euros.
