We were so excited to return to the Fariones having stayed here in May. The location is excellent and the hotel has a relaxed atmosphere with great attention to detail. We stayed in room 310 and had great views. The room is spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The hotel provides good value given the great service on offer from the reception staff, concierge, restaurants and pool. The cleaning staff are friendly and do a great job. We did the chefs table one evening and it didn’t disappoint, excellent food and service. We had an excellent massage and made use of the spa facilities again. The walk through the beautiful gardens is such a pleasure. It is a very relaxing and tranquil hotel with the only noise from the waves crashing onto the beach.
Year ago we went to this hotel and it was fabulous. We always planned to go back. It only took us 35 years. If there was 6 stars it would be that. From the minute you step through the door everything is superb. All the rooms face towards the sea. The gardens surrounding the pool are tropical and beautifully maintained. There’s a small beach for those that like sand and swimming in the sea. The food at breakfast is superb. I think they’re catered for everyone. Which brings me on to the staff. Everyone of them are polite and courteous. Nothings too much trouble. The location is ideal. You have the old port one side and the strip with lots of restaurants on the other. Plus head straight up you’ll find some nice shops and a bit further up a small retail area. There were one or two very well behaved toddlers there but the pool does not have a shallow end. It is predominantly an adult based hotel. Another reason why I love it so much. We will definitely be returning. I should add they have live music most nights. Very enjoyable to sit outside and listen to.
Hotel Fariones has been absolutely incredible, and I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff and the beautiful surroundings made us feel so comfortable and looked after.
We stayed in the Junior Suite Relax, and it has been such a lovely experience. The suite feels luxurious, elegant and spacious, with beautiful attention to detail. Everything has been so thoughtfully presented, creating the perfect environment to relax and enjoy a special holiday.
One thing that has really stood out to me is the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Everything feels immaculate, fresh and exceptionally well maintained. The cleanliness of our room in particular has made such a difference to our stay, and it’s clear how much care goes into maintaining the hotel’s high standards.
The room service has also been a wonderful part of the experience, adding that extra touch of luxury and making our stay feel even more special. The staff have been welcoming, friendly and attentive, creating a lovely atmosphere without making anything feel forced.
The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning ocean views and the convenience of being close to the beach and local restaurants. The pool areas, tropical gardens and elegant design make the hotel feel like a peaceful, luxurious escape.
What I love most about Hotel Fariones is that it feels genuinely sophisticated. It’s stylish, relaxing and luxurious without being over the top, and every detail contributes to the overall experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, luxurious stay in Lanzarote. I’ve absolutely loved my time here and would happily return. It’s the kind of place that makes you appreciate the little details and makes a holiday feel truly special.

If you’re going in a large group make sure you all book at the exact same time otherwise they will increase prices for those who book later. It’s an unnecessary and cruel penalty - I ended up paying 125 euros more for my stay during a friends wedding. Other guests had booked before me and this dynamic pricing meant the hotel increased pricing if you booked later as it’s based on demand like you’re booking flights. Horrible way to treat groups.
