Lanis Suite Hotel

Where do we even begin to review a place that has completely captured our hearts? After only two visits, Lani’s Suites de Luxe already feels like our home away from home. We first stayed here last summer for nine nights, and it blew us away so much that we knew we had to return. We told ourselves that first trip was just a one-off luxury treat, but like so many other guests, we fell under the Lani's spell and couldn't stay away. We booked a 10-night stay this year, and honestly, we don't think we will ever stop coming back. We mentioned all the special little things in our last review so we won’t go over them all again, but trust us, they are just as magical the second time around.

From the absolute second we stepped through the doors, we were welcomed back like old family members. A lot of places portray this kind of customer service, but it often feels fake or forced. At Lani's, it is completely different. The team has a rare, authentic warmth. They are genuinely happy to have you there and genuinely want to make your stay as special as possible.

This particular trip will hold a sacred place in our hearts forever because I used it as the backdrop to propose to my girlfriend—now fiancée! I cannot praise the team enough for how they handled the execution. They didn't just help; they took total ownership of making it the most magical moment of our lives. The big moment took place right on the terrace of our suite, in front of the pool and the sea. A massive, deeply heartfelt thank you goes to Miriam and Jonathan for organising the entire event flawlessly. Miriam was an absolute rock; she calmed my nerves, helped me come up with the plan, and was genuinely so excited for us. She came up with the fantastic idea of having a singer perform a song of my choice directly toward our terrace with the ocean in the background, which made it feel like something from a film. Jonathan then came up with the genius idea of videoing the whole thing under the guise of taking a picture of us before we went for our meal, keeping the secret perfectly and ensuring we can cherish the moment forever. Jonathan sorted everything directly with the singer, from the specific track to the exact timing, ensuring the whole plan went off like absolute clockwork. What blew us away the most was the genuine joy the entire staff shared with us right after she said yes, their happiness for us was so incredibly real. Coming back to find our room stunningly decorated afterward was the perfect final touch.

The exceptional service never stopped. We didn't even know the hotel provided bicycles, but after casually mentioning at breakfast to Jonathan that we would like to go for a bike ride, he revealed that they actually keep them on site for guests. He immediately organised them for us, and the excellent quality bikes were fully prepped and waiting for us in reception within the hour. It was such a great way to explore.

Alejandro was also an absolute lifesaver when it came to logistics. He patiently handled our restaurant bookings, even when we changed our minds multiple times, and perfectly coordinated over the phone with my dad back in the UK to ensure celebratory champagne arrived at our table the moment we sat down for our meal half an hour after the successful proposal.

We also want to extend our sincere thanks to Juan, the restaurant manager. The way he stunningly decorated our table and his consistently warm hospitality made that meal and every breakfast very special.

Lani’s is a breathtakingly beautiful place, but it is the incredible team of people working there that makes it a true paradise. This place is worth every single penny and operates on an entirely different level compared to anywhere else. Highly recommended to everyone. We are already counting down the days until we return, next time as husband and wife!

This hotel really gives diamond service. I was blown away with the level of attention to detail and communication before our stay. Chauffeur driven from our resort in Playa Blanca to what I can only describe as a peace of paradise. BUT nothing can prepare you for the pure level of luxury (without being stuffy), attention to detail and pure professionalism of every member of staff.

The lovely Rosangela on reception set the standard from the moment we walked in. Presented with arrival bubbles, presented beautifully. The resort manager introduced in himself to us. Every member of staff and the owner are the ultimate professionals, but with genuine friendliness. Nothing is too much trouble.

The suites are immaculate and again the attention to detail blew us away. We had the romance package and would thoroughly recommend. Arrived to champagne, beautiful bouquet of red roses and more treats and beautifully decorated arrangements. Truly special

The tasting menu was amazing but HUGE. Restaurant staff so attentive , but not intrusive. Same at breakfast.

You want for nothing and can’t actually think of anything you would ever have to ask for as everything and more has been thought about. Having stayed in many luxury hotel Lanis exceeds them all. Please keep doing what you’re doing as it is truly FABULOUS. Setting, staff, food, suites all top class. Thank you for making our special celebration incredible. Memories that will last forever. We will be back.
