Have been to Lani’s suites many times. Always consistent with their excellent customer services. A fantastic place to stay in Lanzarote. Highly recommend this Boutique Hotel Experience. Excellent staff, cannot do enough for their guests.
Second stay this year and it was as lovely as the first time. Nothing is too much for the staff to accommodate any requests. They are friendly and efficient. Suite 25 was amazing….. mornings around the pool then the suite terrace in the afternoon was the ideal day! Fantastic views . You feel like you’re miles away from the outside road. The accommodation was very clean and the fridge kept stocked. The restaurant very good, both food and atmosphere. Being so close to the airport for transportation makes the location ideal, with the chauffeured car we were in our room within an hour of landing! I’m not sure Lani’s can be beaten in Lanzarote. It’s everything you hope for and more. We look forward to the next return!
Another fantastic two week holiday at Lanis! Nothing short of the best, which keeps us coming back year after year. The property, the staff, the restaurant- everything about Lanis is just perfect.
Our chauffeur met us at the airport and took us to the hotel where we were warmly greeted by Irene and a welcome drink! Irene showed us to our immaculate suite which had everything we needed, fully stocked fridge, kettle, toiletries and so much more. On my birthday a bottle of cava and balloons were left in my room and the staff all made my day really special. The hotel has an excellent location right on the strip but is also peaceful and quiet. The restaurant is beautiful with lovely views accompanied by fantastic food, presented to a high standard. Everything about our holiday at Lani's was amazing, mostly thanks to Jonathan and the team who were all genuinely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We were so impressed we've booked to return!
This hotel prides itself on service and it certainly delivers. From the moment we arrived at the airport and the chauffeur collected us, to the moment we were dropped back a week later, everything was first class.
We chose 1-week at Lani's to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and the team really made it special. Not only did they decorate our room, but also prepared a special surprise dessert for my wife. It was a lovely day, including a couples massage and a romantic meal.
The restaurant couldn't be surpassed locally - food, view and service - so we ate there on 5-evenings, and on the other night booked a venue from the hotel's recommendation list.
It is the little things that stand out, for example whilst you have breakfast, contact is made with housekeeping to try to facilitate a room clean, this wasn't always possible but on most occasions our room was ready on our return. The free laundry service was also a hit, as were the made-to-measure lounger covers & full-length towels.
In conversation with Jonathan, my wife mentioned that the yoga mats in the gym required updating. 2-minutes later, a member of housekeeping arrived on our terrace with 2-mats for our personal use in the room and new mats were delivered to the gym. As management is always visible, any issues brought to their attention are dealt with immediately.
All staff were lovely, however special thanks to Jonathan (Shalom à toi et à ton père); Miriam, and Irene, plus Juan and Gill in the restaurant.
One thing to note is that the hotel has been adapted from a property with building regulations limiting alterations, as such, each suite has its own charms/quirks - ours had a very small bathroom and small bedroom but in our opinion, this was more than offset by the huge terrace.
A big thank-you to everyone at Lani's; we will be returning as soon as we can.
