worst experience have stayed in a few hotels this one as to be the worst one yet stayed here for two weeks and had 5 broke ins I was one of them staff was unless and unhelpful being a single mother with two young boys staying in a hotel can be a little scary staying in a different country getting broken in to did not help one single bit the staff did nothing about it all I got was claim on your insurance not once did anyone come check on me to make sure I was safe nor did I see the manager once staff was rude the doors are not safe at all I don't see why it took someone to brake in for them to fix the door will not be returning here and I don't recommend anyone to stay if you are looking for a safe location book somewhere else. also i ask if they can move me to different apartment as I don't feel safe here and they said no so my boys was so scared for the last few days. they couldn't wait to get home.

Personally, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Unfortunately, most of the staff came across as rude and simply not bothered about the customers. I had to ask three times for a replacement toaster after plugging the original one in caused the fuse to blow.

The biggest concern, however, was our room door. When locked, there was a huge gap around it and it looked as though someone had attempted to break in. At this point, we already knew there had been five break-ins, so understandably we were already feeling very unsafe.

We reported it and they attempted to fix the door, but unfortunately it made no real difference.

We also asked about a late checkout when we arrived, explaining that we had a late flight. We were told to come back the day before our flight. When we did, we were then told to come back at 10am on the morning of departure, only to be told that all the late checkouts had already been taken.

It was extremely frustrating and felt like we were being sent from one person to another for no reason.

The hotel also needs some serious attention when it comes to cleanliness. Cat faeces and urine were regularly left around the hotel and the smell was awful.

The room doors also clearly need a full refurbishment.

Overall, this hotel needs significant improvement — particularly with staff attitude, security, cleanliness and communication with guests. Sadly, I would not return.

Terrible hotel and apartment's had 2 floods 1 was shower then toilet all over r suitcase and clothes got moved room wasn't any better staff were rude Aircon was terrible there we're 5 break ins were family's lost money, jewelry, iPads clothes and there rooms were locked. The police were all over hotel but nothing done and staff telling ppl to claim of there insurance like wtf .Fly's were everywhere had to sit with fly killer to get smoke.needs a whole update an good disinfectant definitely not worth the money I will never be back to this hotel or apartments.dont waste your money very disappointed
