This attractive beach hotel has a wonderful central location and is just 150 metres from Cala Egos beach. It consists of ten Mediterranean style buildings surrounding a lovely landscaped garden patio with several swimming pools for adults and children. The famous marina with its numerous restaurants, bars and cafés is within walking distance.

We stayed for a week at PrimaSol Hotel, overall we had a lovely family holiday. Rooms: They are basic hotel rooms but had what you needed for the short amount of time you spend in them. Always cleaned to a high standard and the sheets and towels changed daily whilst we was there...
Spacious balcony (we got a pool view block) What I will say is we were given a first floor room and there isn’t any lifts in block 9 so getting a pram and cases up the stairs was a bit of a nightmare but this is only a tiny negative. Restaurant/Food: Plenty of variety for adults and was always something and plenty to eat, however the option for children was very limited and majority of the time was just pizza and chips. The staff were friendly enough and quick to clear away plates etc. We felt on an evening it got very busy and sometimes struggled for places to sit.
Local amenities: The hotel is local to shops, restaurants and bars. We visited 2 restaurants and a couple of bars and atmosphere was lovely I would recommend having a walk out. 5 minutes and you are pretty much into the centre.
Beach: There is a beach a short walk away from the hotel, very clean and beautiful view.
The entertainment staff were good with the children and put on a ‘show’ every evening for hotel guests, however the entertainment area got very very busy and difficult to find a seat. You would have to be seated for 6pm despite the entertainment not starting until 8:30-9pm
Pools: 2 decent sized pools and the splash park for the children which is across the road opening 10-6 daily. We spent most of our time at the splash pool which was always clean and tidy and fantastic for young children.
Overall this was a fantastic holiday for my little family and would recommend if you’ve got younger families in particular that this is a place to stay!
Wasn't expecting much due to the covid 19 situation, but was pleasantly surprised. Entrance looks relatively nice but could do with a lick of paint if I'm being picky. Receptionist was nice and friendly, and helped us check in with the usual documents and stuff...
Gave us a room right at the end of the right hand block, which of you don't follow instructions correctly like I didn't then it's easy to get lost.
Greeted by a relatively clean room, a few hairs on the bathroom floor, and a light bulb fixing just hanging from the roof were the only real small issues. Everything else was clean and done daily.
Beautiful pool area, one below and one elevated. All in all complex was very nice.
First days food wasn't up to the standard we were expecting, but gradually improved through the week to actually be fairly decent for all inclusive. I will say it was heavily influenced towards the German guests which I'd say were about 75 percent of the guests. I for one didn't mind it but abit of variety would it of been nice.
Drinks for inclusive are okay, beer was actually very well kept, and cold. But wine was very warm. You have to pay a Euro for each plastic cup as a deposit too.
All in all a very pleasant stay, with a few tweaks here and there.
Air con didn't work properly. Fridge didn't work. Cold wine for white and rose. Room temperature for red. More food variety.
It is still a good hotel. It is a hard time during corona. The food was fine and the swimming pools are awesome...
Also the rooms are being cleaned every day.
Wondering what de names are from the girls from the animation. Cause they where doing a great job.
This is my first ever review, and I’m only putting this on due to the bad reviews I read!!!! they are not fair. I was really thinking twice about this place, but I’m glad I went. Me my wife 2 kids and the in-laws loved it...
I personally struggled with the food but the the rest of the group said the food was spot on, there was plenty to choose from, I did manage to find something every meal time but wasn’t blown away like the rest of the group There was food consistently being served all day as soon as the dinner fall closed the snack window opened and burgers hotdogs pizzas chips for the kids and adults fresh beer on tap. Clean pools wouldn’t say it was salt water but did have a little salt taste nothing like the sea though not like I was drinking it 🤪. Beach was a 2 min walk Rooms very clean I can’t really give you many bad points. For the price I honestly think it’s fantastic. I would go back tomorrow.
I stayed at the hotel with my son after having saved some Tesco clubcard vouchers to cover most of the cost. This in itself is a separate problem as Hotels.com ended up charging me for the entire thing and didn’t use my voucher ! But as for the hotel. Here are the positives: near cala egos beach...
Nice pools. Kids’ splash park across a road. Now for the not so good points: we were all inc and the food was awful! So much so that we ate out most nights. The hotel obviously had Covid issues to deal with so normal buffet style was not possible but the sheer quality and choice just wasn’t there. The room was ok. Balcony nice. No toiletries. No kettle -!!! For an English person this is key! Won’t be returning.
