Really nice hotel, staff very friendly, good location, was building work on surrounding buildings, so quite loud at times (obviously nothing the hotel could do about it we were just unlucky) breakfast was good, when they ran out of food they were very quick to sort it out, and had more food done very quickly, loved the choice and the omelette was delicious, lots of places to go out, if you were younger, the clubs are not close and not always open, and there was a bar with a younger scene but that was about a 15 minute walk, but definitely worth it! And also had an older crowd as well, as it was a 60s themed pub!
I don't usually complain. We were charged early check in fee. Despite room being ready, smell of sewage from room, spa chargeable, no air conditioning on...
Arrived Monday. Told it doesn't come on till Saturday. Saturday came, and told it was broken..... still not on at time of departure. No tea or coffee after evening meal, had to go to bar, and buy it. Breakfast however was very good. Only entertainment on Monday when we arrived, none scheduled till following monday. All in all very disappointed
As a group of four friends we had a lovely weeks stay at this hotel. The rooms are lovely, bed very comfortable and really clean, breakfast excellent, staff friendly and very helpful. We didn’t go into the front pool but plenty of space around the second pool at the rear of the hotel...
Would highly recommend.
We had a lovely room overlooking the back pool but unfortunately we had to move because of a leak. We were told we would receive a better room because of the problems. Although the new room had a side sea view it was in fact smaller than our original due to the fact it had a sofa bed at the side of one of the beds...
This meant no bedside table. The rooms were cleaned every day and staff were efficient. Bar was a little expensive but good. Breakfast selection was excellent with just about every thing you could want. One little niggle was the pool bar at the lower pool at the back of hotel was not open. There was plenty of people around the pool and it would have enhanced the experience.
Very stunning views, quiet area staff really friendly and made us laugh will return breakfast excellent A very beautiful break for not a lot of money, we declined the sea view but got one anyway. The area is pretty lovely bars and restaurants and shops. The hotel had a friendly atmosphere
