Foods a lot and quite good, you just need to salt them. Staff friendly. The hotel is in the remote part of Malllorcy, far away...

Buses run about once an hour to two to Manacor, there it is necessary to change to another . I wouldn't come here anymore, we gave really big money and it wasn't worth it.

The hotel looks better in the photos, which are probably from the time after the renovation, now there are enough sunbeds by the lower pool broken, the water in the pools is cold, the open garden on the promenade is not very well maintained. One bar that opens at 10:30 a.m., the others at 12 or 6 p.m. Luna bar then looks like an ugly pub, because everyone is crowded and mainly smokes.I would give the hotel a three star rating

Stunning Views

Review by LovingTheSun2011 Belfast, United Kingdom

Stayed at this hotel the first week in July. On arrival we were shown quickly to our room on the 4th floor which was spacious with the most amazing views over looking the sea. The hotel has two main pools and two kids pools with plenty of sun loungers...

The dinning area is beautiful with fantastic views and a great selection of food. There are shops bars and restraunts 15mins walk away and 3 sandy coves 10 mins along the cliff path. The pros are definitely the views the downside not much to do if you dont have a car.

Not a bad Hotel

Review by G1359ZEpauls Doncaster, United Kingdom

Augest / Sept 21 visit. Arrived at 11.45 room not ready. Receive AI band and went for a drink and then Lunch...

Room ready at 1pm Pool great, albeit a tad cold. Activities throughout the day. Small cove at side of hotel but about 350 metre walk downhill. Sunbeds are chargeable on the beach. There is a lovely beach about a mile along the coastal path. Food is ok, always something to eat. Drinks at the bar are good. Easier to be served in the Sports bar in the day and sometimes a solo singer on there in the evenings. Main entertainment srea had a couple of bands on in the evenings but something going on every night. Had a sea view room with beautiful views along the coast. All in all would visit again as a shot 7 day break. Very Covid secure.

Great hotel, location and food

Review by AHinton94

The food is gorgeous! Hotel staff we have no complaints about, entertainment staff for children and the shows they put on were fantastic 👏🏼 the only reason I gave 4 star was because the beds are extremely uncomfortable, rock hard and woke up with a sore back each day which is something I don't usually have. Other than that it was great and we would absolutely like to come back!

Last minute holiday glad we did it!

Review by Zoe G Banstead, United Kingdom

Just returned from another lovely week here. This was our 4th visit having been when it was previously Sol Calas. We could see some of the changes made which were a little disappointing like certain spirirts & cocktails were no longer free & the quality of the food wasn't always as good...

However everything else made up for it & the new animation team were brilliant. We really enjoyed their dance performances & aqua Zuma was really fun!! One request would be bottled water in the fridge on arrival & tea/coffee facilities in the room otherwise you have to wait until 8am to get a drink. Restaurant/Bar & Reception very good & so lovely to see so many of the previous staff who remembered us!! Can't wait to visit again.
