Each room at this popular hotel boasts a spacious interior that has been designed to create a bright and airy ambience. In your room, you will have a 32" satellite flat screen TV, Wi-Fi access (at a fee), a telephone, mini-bar, safety deposit box (at a fee), a ceiling fan and air-conditioning to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The en suite bathroom comes fully equipped with a hairdryer, mirror and other amenities, plus you have the additional benefit of a balcony on which to relax.
The attractive Hotel Caballero boasts a number of amenities to ensure you get the most from your stay; these include a concierge desk and currency exchange. Facilities are plentiful and include bicycle hire, a fitness centre, massages, a sauna, solarium and a charming garden space that surrounds the outdoor swimming pool.
The resort itself hosts a fantastic selection of eateries and stops for those essential holiday cocktails, however for quieter evenings, the Hotel Caballero offers a bar, lounge, cocktail lounge and a restaurant.

We had a really lovely five-night stay and were extremely impressed by the overall standard of the hotel and, in particular, the staff.
Our room was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented and felt very high spec. One thing we particularly appreciated was how well soundproofed the room was, making it feel really peaceful and relaxing.
There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout our stay. We had a lovely coffee machine in the room, with coffee pods and milk replenished, and our mini bar and bottled water were also replenished, which was a really nice touch. The cosy robes and slippers provided in the room were another lovely addition.
The housekeeping team deserve a special mention. The room was kept immaculate, and they clearly paid attention to the small details. We were left little chocolates/sweets in the room, and on one occasion our toilet roll had even been folded into a little rose. These little touches really made us feel looked after.
The reception team were also excellent. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, the reception staff took the time to explain the hotel and its facilities and were very informative. We received an equally warm goodbye when we left, which was a lovely way to finish our stay.
We also had breakfast at the hotel and I was particularly impressed by how accommodating the restaurant team were regarding gluten-free food. I asked the chef about what I could eat and he was more than happy to help. He actually took the time to walk me around the restaurant and explain which foods and dishes were suitable for me and which weren’t. This was incredibly helpful and reassuring and really showed how attentive the staff were.
The pool was lovely — spacious, clean and a great place to relax. We also found the food and drinks reasonably priced, and to a very high standard, which was a bonus.
The location is excellent too. The hotel is very close to the beach, and there is a bus stop directly outside, making it really easy to get into Palma without needing a car.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The cleanliness, facilities, location and attention to detail were all excellent, but what really stood out was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and genuinely seemed to want us to have a great stay.

Perfect location, great food, and the airport bus stop is nearby. Friendly staff, renovated rooms, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Thank you, and see you again! :)
Really nice hotel. We got upgraded to room 733 which had a direct view over the pool area and onto the beach - was a wonderful balcony. The room itself was spacious - plenty of room for a couple suitcases. The wifi worked fine in all areas of the hotel including the pool area. The breakfast seemed a bit tailored to the Germans, however, there was plenty of food and you could always find something. The beach is a couple minute walk down the street and there’s a grocery store 2 minutes away. I’d stay again if we go back to Mallorca
Beautiful hotel close to the airport. 2 nice swimmingpools with free sunbeds. Unfortunately people go down early to reserve the beds with their towels, I wish this wasn't allowed. Some put their towels on beds and go to the beach for the first half of the day, ugh. Rooms are clean and well kept. We had the nicest cleaning lady called Fina. If she is on your floor, she will take good care of you with her everlasting singing during work and her smile. There are only 2 elevators for the main part of the Hotel. These are quite small with a Max carrying load of 4 people. This means you sometimes have to wait your turn. Breakfast buffet was good and plenty. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't allowed to put your towels down at the pools, now it is 4.
My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Caballero, and we can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we’ve had.
We especially loved the pool area, with both a deeper 1.70 m pool and a standard 1.40 m one. We particularly enjoyed the sun loungers in the water and the option to have some really tasty food at the bar.
The hotel also offers lots of thoughtful little extras, such as beach towels and the possibility of borrowing a beach umbrella from reception.
We would also like to give a special mention to the lovely middle-aged lady who works in the kitchen. She was always incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming. The waiters and chefs deserve a bonus😁 — they are absolutely incredible
There is just one small suggestion for improvement: it would be great if toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and other essentials were replenished daily.
