Pool area needs work
This is my 3rd visit to the hotel, the staff are professional and friendly as always, buffet dinner is as expected and suitable for our short stay. Our room had a beautiful view and was clean. However, this year we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the pool area. The pool has tiles missing, green marks around the pool and in the filters. The floors around the pool were not clean. The pool area really needs some TLC. The pool bar staff were excellent though and kept all the guests happy.

A fantastic week
We stayed at the JS palma for a week and had the best time. We arrived at 4am and were able to quickly check in. We decided to go half board and we are glad we did. The food was fantastic, changing cuisines on a nightly basis. The pool bar was great, enjoying sangrias. Our favourite night was the ABBA tribute act! We would like to thank all the staff for being so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
