Ok for a 4 star, not brilliant
Location perfect. Perfect atmosphere. Room fine. Breakfast perfect, evening meal not good. Don’t eat fish, so not a lot of choice. Had pork and steak from show cooking, not good. Service in restaurant good. Here at the moment pool snack bar chaos. Just tried to pay, girl had to ask me what we had. Not kindly but with shear ignorance and rudeness. We told the truth and paid, she couldn’t even say thank you. Really rude.

Positive experience
We have just spent 5 nights here. I was slightly nervous after reading some of the previous reviews. Our experience was wholly positive. We had a room on the 1st floor which was exactly as the pictures showed...clean and modern and AC working. We were half board and found the food for both meal times suited us. Meat and fish were cooked to order and never cold. Staff were attentive and pleasant. We had a coffee machine in our room and paid a £20 refundable deposit for a kettle. We had no problem getting a lounger around the pool

We had a Great stay at Alua Leo, the staff was Great and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good and the location was perfekt.

Great place with friendly staff
Great location (1 min walk to the promenade and beach), friendly staff, great animation activities (especially thanks to Andreas). Broad selection of foods during breakfasts and dinners. Rooms were nice, cleaned every day. Showers are placed right behind the entry door and has no solid wall (just a bruised glass), so it can sometimes create funny situation when someone enters the room while you’re showering. Overall experience was very posotive and we would go again to the same place without hesitation.
Stay was a Lot worst than expected! No AC at a brand such as Hyatt in the peak of the summer!
As longtime World of Hyatt members, we were extremely disappointed with our recent three-night stay at Alua Leo Hotel in Palma de Mallorca.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working throughout the property. Our room was approximately 85°F, and after checking multiple alternative rooms, we found that all had the same issue. We spent a significant portion of our first day trying to find a solution instead of enjoying our vacation.
A functioning air conditioning system is a basic necessity, especially during the summer in Mallorca. What was most frustrating was that guests were still being checked in despite management being aware of the problem. Had we been informed before arrival, we could have made other arrangements.
The excessive heat made it difficult to rest and enjoy our stay, and it significantly impacted our limited time on the island. As loyal World of Hyatt members, we expected better communication and guest care. We would appreciate your review of this situation and consideration of appropriate compensation.
