This adult only hotel is located on the seafront in Playa de Palma. Boasting a prime beach location, the hotel is just 5 km away from the airport, and a few minutes' drive from Palma. Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Superb hotel, I have stayed many times. Fab location on the beach, modern rooms, good tasty food, very friendly staff, spotlessly clean. We were cycling and the hotel has good size bike storage rooms. One of those hotels where you just feel at home and reception staff are so welcoming and help with any needs.
From the moment of checking-in, the staff were so helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the beach across from the hotel and lovely views from our room windows. There is plenty to occupy yourself. It was easy getting into Palma on the buses which were very frequent. The hotel is in an ideal location also with easy access to the airport. Overall a very pleasant hotel.
Went for first time July 24th 2026 loved it so much went back on 18th September such a lovely place to relax couldn't fault anything about hotel . Alison Fathers
I spent three days at THB El Cid in April, enjoying the beautiful sunny weather. The hotel was conveniently located very close to the airport and right next to a wonderful beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel.
Really can’t fault this hotel,hotel was spotless,rooms cleaned on a daily basis absolutely brilliant position,we upgraded to a sea view room and was worth every penny,the staff was happy and more than willing to help and very friendly,100 percent recommend this hotel
