Room was full of Ants and the gap at you d the door endured absolutely everything outside could be heard inside. Food - pork pork or pork. Lunch and dinner. Poor quality, terrible choice, cheese served with what looked like dog biscuits. Pool. Very clean. But life guards are on another level. Families on holiday want to play and have fun. One life guard in particular just blew his whistle most of the day. I’m not sure he realised his role is to ensure life not lost. But he wanted to wear the badge of the fun police. Kids couldn’t breathe without his whistle being blown. Dome families tried to reason with him but he seemed incapable of risk assessing. Don’t take your kids here they will be miserable, we paid all inclusive but it’s not and what we did get is not edible.

This hôtel is, as many say, not really appropriate for families. There are many groups of youngsters wanting to party, music, drinking,screaming in thé halls and even thé smell of weed ! Thé life guards are not coherant with rules: one day you çan play with a ball, thé guard thé next day says no....spoilt pool fun and was frustrating. On a good note, thé pool is clean and a nice space, 10 mins walk from thé beach and centre. I found thé staff in général in bé ok - they must find thé younger clientèle challenging, which means that they have a bit of a "we don't care too much" attitude all round, even with "older" guests or familles.
