We have just left after a fantastic week here 10 in family from 6 to 84. My grandson Warren loved Diego Carmen and Jessica they were brilliant with him. Every member of staff were really friendly and always happy...

Dorina and Raul special mention for them. Rooms were a decent size and although we looked out onto banana Joe's I wasn't kept awake I'm a good sleeper. 😎 the grounds are kept lovely well done to gardeners and maitenance. Food was the usual hotel food but we never went hungry but not a fussy eater. I hope we will be back in the future. The staff really maje this hotel

We will be back.

Review by wolverleywanderers Worcestershire, United Kingdom

We have just returned from our 14 night (Jet2) stay at Bermudas and have to say that we had a wonderful time there and are now in the process of booking again for September. We had a pool view room which was very acceptable to us. If we had to be really “picky” the only negative would be that in the room, although there was plenty of hanging space (wardrobe) & shelving, there was not really any draws to put bits & pieces in nor was there a hook anywhere to hang anything from – neither of which are really game changers. All the staff without exception work really hard and nothing is too much trouble. Not sure if was hotel or government policy, but during our first week there every single one of the staff wore face masks all day long; whether working indoors or outside...

During the second week the masks were done away with and it was so nice to be able to see their faces – and we’re sure it was a great relief to them. We were booked HB and at both breakfast & evening there was definitely something to suit everyone – probably of the two, breakfast had the better choice. Bearing in mind that the meals have to appeal to guests from many different countries we really think that the hotel kitchen staff do an amazing job – and everything was constantly replenished as necessary. The hotel & its grounds are kept in spotless condition; the location is perfect for access to all parts & (for us) a big bonus that the surrounding area of the resort is all on level ground. Can’t wait to return in September.

Mixed feeling's

Review by stunz Bristol, United Kingdom

We have just arrived home from our holiday at this hotel. It all started a little disappointing as my wife had paid for 6 people to have pool views. 1 out of the 3 families had what we paid for ...

We were able to see the pool if we leaned out of the balcony. The other family were around the side. If you enjoy a good coffee you will have to go outside as its almost undrinkable. We had also noticed that beds started to be reserved by 7am so being together by the pool ment we ended up joining the rat race in the morning which is fine but then to get told off by the receptionist for reserving beds was crazy after all we were all inclusive and would like to spend the day relaxing. And chatting. The food in the restaurant was average as you could find something you would eat most nights but struggled at times so its would sometimes be salad and fruit. I would like to end on a good note as the lifeguard, the bar staff and the cleaner's all did an exceptional job keeping the hotel clean and grasses full. I know its been difficult times for the holiday industry but also non of our hard earned money is going as far as it used to so next time we all decided to go self catering and eat out as its all very reasonable in palma.
