Great! Lovely clean rooms, great pool area, friendly staff, good selection of food and drink choices. Food was hot and very tasty in our opinion. Kids club open.

As a coeliac, I would say that not all food is labelled well enough to make confident decisions on what to eat without asking a chef. They were very knowledgeable and helpful though and would make pizza, pasta, baguette and cheesecake upon request. For my stay, I am confident that I did not consume any gluten which is really reassuring!

Had a brilliant holiday at this hotel, check in was quick and easy. The hotel is clean and rooms of a good size. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the grounds just down a few steps. There was no ques for the bar or the restaurant, food was good and plenty of choice. All staff worked very hard but especially the animation team of Gabrial, Danielle and Stefy who's hard work led me to meet some amazing people who I know call my friends. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

First time at this hotel but I overheard other people who were returning guests. Really happy with it! Checked in by Sabine and I had 2/3 other questions at times and she was very efficient. It's not too big therefore never very long queues at the bar or for meals. Branded Fanta/ Coke and San Miguel on AI, other drinks non-branded but all the proper ones are available to buy if you wish, water dispenser works 24/7. Freezer with little ice cream tubs available all the time. Plenty of palm trees in the grounds if you want shade, but lots of open spaces if you want sun! The sunbeds around the pool get reserved early [despite signs saying not to] but there were so many down on the grass, there were always plenty available, and that's in peak season!! We all enjoyed interacting with Gabriel, Daniëlle and Stefy for the usual activities, they will take part with the guests if numbers are low. Gym is well air-conditioned and has hand towels & water dispenser in there. Towel hire available for €10 returnable deposit. Air con is good, beds were comfortable, extra pillows in wardrobes. Basic toiletries in bathroom, kettle and drinks provision in rooms plus a bottle of water on arrival. We all loved the food, really tasty and plenty of options. Our pick up was early so we booked early breakfast - continental and cold options with all the drinks machines working. Few minutes walk (flat) to the promenade and beach, which is lovely, plenty of bars and shops around. The other guests were very sociable and we had a great time!
