We loved the food, variety of meat and fish, seafood, vegetables always fresh and delicious. Location of the hotel is perfect right on the beach, lots of restaurants nearby.
Overall the hotel is clean and always kept tidy, everything looks fresh and new. Room service every day, fresh towels.

Don't expect to swim in this hotel, the swimming pool are too tiny and there's hardly room for everyone. The staff should also upgrade their service, they don't seem to care much of their guests. But rooms were ok and clean, even if the shower always left all the bathroom's floor completely wet...
My Dad and I decided to treat ourselves to a steak lunch a few weeks ago as my Mum is in hospital. The waiting staff were lovely, so friendly. We ordered, mine "blue" and my father medium rare...
It took quite a while for our food to arrive ( we seemed to be the only ones eating as it was early) I cut into mine and it was what I would have called medium rare. I don't normally complain, but this was supposed to be a treat, so I called the waitress over (a lovely girl called Mar) She had told me when I ordered (as I normally say poco, poco hecho) what to say (sorry but I can't remember) She took the steak back to the kitchen and then came back looking very embarrassed and said the chef said to cut it in the middle! I did and she just picked the plate up and went back to the kitchen. The next thing was the chef coming out and telling me that if I wanted it that rare it would be cold! I seriously wanted to tell him he obviously was not a chef if he didn't know how to cook raw steak, however I was hungry so I said, "I don't care" He brought another one with a smirk on his face. It was exactly as I wanted it, but, yes cold (I didn't care) The waitresses were so upset. I kept telling them it was not their fault. I don't do Twitter but if anyone who reads this does, please feel free to cut and past and send it to the hotel
Excellent hotel perfectly located and close to many restaurants and beaches. The room was nicely designed and comfortable with all necessary accessories. The staff was welcoming and helpful...

Our stay was for a week, in August 2021. Our arrival at the hotel was very friendly. The reception team had prepared a meal for us to have dinner because the restaurant had already closed...
However, the meal was excellent and we had the opportunity to enjoy our meal at the bar overlooking the sea. Always with a team concerned about our well-being.
Afterwards, our check in was done very efficiently. The room had plenty of space with a large balcony. This one was very clean and had all the necessary conditions. For example, towels, air conditioning and fridge. The hotel provides free beach towels (only a deposit of 10 euros each is required - a deposit which is returned at check out). A very special thanks to Sandro.
The pool was quite clean and had sun beds. These were cleaned after use. The view is spectacular.
The gym is very clean and the staff applied all prevention measures against Covid-19. To use it is necessary to make a reservation so that there are no people besides us.
The restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served is very clean and spacious. All tables are well defined and clean. The staff who worked here were very friendly and attentive. Nothing was missing. Always attentive to our requests. Both meals were buffet. The food was very good and tasty. All cooks wore gloves to maintain quality service and safety measures. A huge thank you to Cristobal and to Mar.
The hotel's location is superb. Right in front of Palmanova beach. Access is very easy.
The hotel has gel available throughout the establishment. The use of a mask is mandatory and everyone respects it.
I hope I haven't missed a point. Finally, a big thank you to the hotel director, Jordi Muntanola. I have no words for this gentleman's sympathy. Very attentive every day and concerned about the quality of service. He was always present at meal times to ensure that everything respected the quality levels required by the hotel unit.
