Most boring and miserable hotel I have ever stayed in
well what can I say? we go on holiday a lot and we don’t have high expectations at all and have never really not enjoyed a holiday. This hotel is the exception as we really did not enjoy anything about it! The rooms were ok but full of ants, the food was lukewarm and staff were throwing people out of the dining room bang on 21:00 even if they hadn’t finished eating, the entertainment was horrendous. They have a token system for cups and this would be fine if they actually provided you with tokens but they didn’t half the time, my husband went for a drink and he was shouted at token and when he said I don’t have a token a plastic cup was thrown at him across the bar and he was told serve yourself. Now for the best part, the pool is like attending a funeral service (not a wake they are way more fun) and they don’t have a lifeguard they have fun police as she was the most miserable person I have ever come across in my life, the worst thing she did was take a parasol off a guest and say that is for me I am hot (WOW!!) If your thinking of spending your hard earned money in this hotel I would seriously rethink and go to Tent across the road and then spend a little money on some fairly priced exceptional food in banana joes around the corner.

Great holiday in adult only hotel. Entertainment was great with Dana making it extra fun.

Excellent Stay – Special Thanks to Abel! We had a fantastic holiday at the Globales Panama Hotel in Palma Nova, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the outstanding service. A special, heartfelt mention must go to Abel from the restaurant's front-of-house team. He was absolutely exceptional! From day one, Abel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warm hospitality, attentiveness, and bright energy completely made our holiday. It is rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, and well-located, but it’s staff like Abel who elevate a stay from good to amazing. We would return in a heartbeat just for the wonderful service. Highly recommended!
