I would 100% tell you to AVOID this place. One of the bartenders stole my AirPods whilst I dipped in the pool for no longer than 5 minutes, I knew who had them because I could track them on my phone and once I confronted him him proceeded to run out of the hotel. The manager did nothing to help me and took his side. I then waited for the bartender to turn back up and set the alarm off on the air pods and it went off in the man’s pocket where he was then forced to give them back. And after all of this the manager STILL took the mans side and did nothing for me. 

Do not go there your belongings WILL be stolen from you.

Far out ....... if you like being 224 steps up from the harbour and in a hotel with no entertainment here is the place to stay !!! nice clean hotel on the edge of town . no kettle no hob but there is a fridge . no air con what was my favourite it was Jesse on the front desk what a credit he is the hotel helping us with bus times and just being attentive way more than others . if your happy just seeking sunshine and that's it then your fine the hotel is situated in steep hills  with just 1 coffee shop opposite and a little shop no bars in site .

On arrival reception staff very helpful, easy check in. We had 4 rooms which varied hugely in size all fine for our needs. We went the bar at 22.50 to be told the bar closed at 23.00 so we couldn’t have a drink. The barman was quite annoyed when I pointed out we had 10 minutes to order a drink and he reluctantly served us!!!! The rest of our stay here was great. Big pool with plenty of seating and sun beds. Breakfast was buffet with everything you would require. The pool bar had a good choice of food and drinks. I had before arriving asked if there where pool towels, I wasn’t informed I had to buy one €12 each so €60 in total!!!  I would recommend this hotel and will be returning.

Perfect for a weekend away

Great hotel...great staff...nice clean rooms and pool area ....poolside was lovely with views over looking the sea.....Alexandro was great behind the bar....would highly recommed staying here....pizzas were amazing and reasonably priced

Really lovely friendly hotel

It was a tale of two receptionists the night receptionist was fantastic, polite, friendly, helpful.
The receptionist the next day was rude, unhelpful and made us feel uncomfortable. He grudgingly helped us with some cases and then said he would not help with the others, argued with another member of staff who wanted to help us by letting us use the staff lift (he didn’t realise my niece can speak and understand Spanish) and refused to help get us a taxi. 
He was a really unpleasant man and definitely in the wrong job.
The rooms were horrible but we were last minute arrivals from a delayed flight so they may not have been representative of what is normally offered.
