Nice hotel with fantastic location, breakfast is super good, as well as warm-heart personnel. However, considering the price & 4-stars hotel, the room (premium sea-view room) doesn’t live up to expectations, for example mold at the floor of bath, doors in the room squeak loudly, and noise level from corridors is very high.
The hotel couldn't have done enough, it was our mini moon for 6 nights. The staff were all so nice, with special mentions to Chiari and Eduardo who always went above and beyond. We upgraded to the level, which was easily worth it...
The beer was Amstel and wine and cava was local could be drankin there all day. From 5.30 they brought out the spirits for a couple of hours, which we loved just before tea. The breakfast was more than enough, the selection was slightly more in the main restaurant but we prefered the breakfast in the level as was more chilled and better coffee machine. If you can afford it ask for a marina view, we had 719 which was amazing to see the sunrise and the luxury yachts come in and out all day. The pool is fine, and sunbeds are easy to get. The gym we didn't use and the spa was closed. The surrounding area is full of decent restaurants and bars. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and want to thank all the staff for making our trip so special.
My wife and I stayed at Melia Palma Marina for 4 nights in September. Amazing location just next to the Marina and a 20 minute walk to Santa Catalina and 30 minutes to Old Town. We also upgraded our stay to The Level, including access to an additional lounge and complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks, as well as a daily cocktail hour including premium spirits and snacks such as sandwiches.
Would highly recommend a stay here, hotel is well located, staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean….oh and The Level upgrade is worth the money!!
Central location between palma city centre and the shopping precinct. Reasonable taxi into palma city centre 5 euros if you can’t walk and if you can 20 mins lovely walk. The hotel was clean, beautiful and staff so accommodating indeed...
I would strongly recommend this hotel the views are beautiful watching over the marina and the boats coming and going. The pool area was also plentiful of beds and towels.
The room we had was sea view, lovely balcony big room with a walk-in shower. Always cleaned and towels changed. I did ask for an iron and ironing board and kettle and on my return to the room they were there ready.
Thank you very much for a easy. Stress free time away.
Hotel reception is spacious and great design . However the pool area was disappointing it is tired,. It was difficult to access the pool as people were sitting on the steps and this was not addressed ...
Food was average. Rooms were clean but quite dark and basic furniture and water was not replaced. Everything was just average including staff apart from reception who were good
