This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa de Muro, just 800 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. Inviting shopping areas with shops, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The Airport can be reached within an hour drive. The welcoming 340 rooms come with everything added for guests to guarantee a pleasant stay. There are three swimming pools in the outdoor complex, two of them for all the guests and one only for adults, as well as a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. Those wishing to relax may kick back in the hot tub and sports enthusiast may make use of the hotel tennis courts and the in-house gym. Guests can enjoy at the buffet restaurant with a wide variety of dishes for all meals or drink at the bar.
Dip into one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a sauna and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room. The complimentary beach shuttle makes getting to the surf and sand a breeze.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Clean, friendly, activities fantastic. The food is ok, but need more choice, especially hot meat. Kettle & mugs in room ( take your own tea & coffee etc) but cups are not collected and replaced with clean ones. Not hygienic! Had food at the snack bar and paid as not AI. Not nice....the pizza was like cardboard and not cooked properly on top. Lovely hotel, I would return, but only if an improvement in the food. I think all safes in rooms should be included in the booking for customer's security and not chargeable.
Brilliant hotel, rooms are ok, we stayed B&B and the food was really good. Staff were amazing and the entertainment in the evening was superb….especially fun playing bingo for prize money!! 3 great pools, we loved the Breezers pool. No worries on lack of sunbeds. Situated perfectly and just a short walk to the beach plus a bus is put on every 30 minutes more or less throughout the day! So good we booked to go next year straight away.
Great hotel with lots of pools and evening entertainment and the staff on reception are always friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel.
Well what can I say about EIX Lagotel, only that it's absolutely awesome. Yes location is great as beach only 10 minutes walk if you have no walking difficulties but if like me and my friend and you do find walking difficult there is a full air conditioned coach layed on free every 30 mins on the hour and half hour lovely drivers. The Hotel itself is excellent it's layout is perfect for everyone we used the adult pool as it's easy to walk into and out a bar is open also and toilets jacuzzi tiled beds in water fabulous touch also has 2 more pools main pool with games etc it's big and a snack bar also a salt water pool and baby pool which also has a snack bar win win there is slopes wherever there is steps there is plenty of lifts the indoor outdoor bar is great very friendly staff especially Kerry ( Adam ) haha staff are all friendly and the place is spotless cleaners come every day and do a great job you get towels for sunbeds free which you can change Tuesday Thursday and Saturday and this hotel has the best entertainment ever kids is earlier then bingo big money Fabian is a great guy and so are the girls who work with him the adult entertainment is superb and it's every evening except Saturday that's karaoke I even had a go myself haha with American pie the food is great you will find everything you need and something for everyone I was diagnosed with diabetes a week before I went and was panicking over food but I was fine found something every day/night we had the best holiday in a while thanks to eix lagotel oh and don't panick over mosquitos well in September anyway 2 bitesi got and that was 1st night as I hadn't put any spray on none after that 👍 we actually rebooked for September next year we enjoyed it that much 🥰👍 thanks eix lagotel for a great well needed holiday Julie room 340 9th September to 23rd September 2026 see you in 2027 👍
We arrived for a 3 night break having read some great reviews on this hotel. Upon arriving we immediately felt the hotel looked tired & basic. We were given an apartment on the 8th floor. Again the apartment felt dated but it is of a decent size & the shower was lovely. The pool areas save this hotel they were really nice & it’s great to have the option of 3 different pool areas. Breakfast was ok it felt a bit like a cafeteria but what we had was acceptable. We opted to eat out for evenings. The music was ridiculously loud in the evenings until midnight. We have been lucky to stay in a lot of hotels & although in a good position this hotel is not 4 star.
