This lovely hotel is located in the attractive, quiet resort of Playa de Muro. The spectacular sandy beach is just a stone's throw from the hotel and it is just 3 km to the centre's copious shops and other entertainment attractions. It is well worth paying a visit to the neighbouring nature reserve.
The building was constructed in 1995 and consists of 5 floors and a total of 265 apartments. Guests are offered a beautiful, large garden and pool area, a substantial lobby with lifts, a currency exchange counter and a 24-hour reception. There is also a supermarket, bicycle hire, a café, a snug bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and high chairs available for small children. Business guests may make use of the Internet access. Guests may also use the medical assistance if necessary. Younger guests may enjoy letting off steam in the play area or in the kids club. The Hotel is open from March to October. All of the en suite rooms are stylishly furnished and fitted with a hairdryer, a comfortable lounge area, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a food preparation area, air-conditioned, central heating, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace. The hotel enjoys its own indoor swimming pool, a pool with a children's paddling pool, a snack bar, parasols and sun loungers, a gym and a spa area with a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a solarium and relaxing massages. Guests are spoilt by the hotel's big offer of sporting activities. The hotel organises a diverse entertainment programme on a daily basis. There is a fine buffet available at breakfast and in the evening. In the evenings there is also an á la carte menu on offer. It is possible to book a half-board stay.
This hotel is suitable for cycling breaks and welcomes cyclists from all over the world. The hotel boasts facilities to support both the leisure and professional cyclist.

Okay hotel but not enough!
The hotel is cozy with a nice swimming pool, but the rooms are quite simple and slightly dilapidated and unfashionable. Breakfast is plentiful but the quality is substandard considering that it is a 4 star standard and dinners are not worth 4 star standard - I will not give the restaurant my recommendation.
Great family hotel
Stayed here with our 6 and 2 year old, just returned home. Overall this is a really good family orientated hotel. The food quality is good with lots of choice. My 6 year old enjoyed the evening entertainment and appreciated some of the animation team bringing out extra things to do such as lego and uno. We stayed in a selection club royal terrace with a jacuzzi. Some parts of this seemed like they could use some attention and tlc but it didn't detract from this amazing extra space. One slight annoyance was in the Oasis pool solely for selection club guests there was often people who weren't select club as the gate often didn't lock and the area not policed. This meant on occasion not being able to get a bed there. Having said that this pool was amazing and worth the extra to have access to it. Overall it was a really good holiday and hotel and we like the viva brand.

Great Hotel
Comfortable family hotel with clean rooms and delicious food. The hotel is in walking distance to the nice beach.
First Family Holiday Abroad
We have just returned from 10 nights at Viva Blue & Spa with my wife and 3 year old daughter and had the most wonderful time for our first family holiday abroad
From the minute we arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly; nothing seemed too much bother which immediately put us at ease especially as unfortunately we were a few hours late following delays leaving the UK. I had enquired about a room upgrade and the staff very kindly let us view the room before making a decision - great customer service!
Everything about the hotel itself was impressive, it was spotlessly clean - the team do a fantastic job - and the grounds were immaculate. Loved the room and the views were fab!
The choice of food was superb; always fresh and always varied. Loved the theme nights and the Asian night was definitely a favourite!
The pools were brilliant - lovely and warm - and my daughter absolutely loved spending time in them daily. The kids pool was ideal when she just wanted to go on the slides and the bigger pools were great for her to practice her swimming. Also loved the various pool games/activities
During the journey to the resort, I'd unfortunately hurt my back so made a point of booking a massage when I was there - it was absolutely fantastic and made a huge difference!
Finally a massive shout out to the entertainment team (and of course Bufo and Katty!) The team were phenomenal and every one of them was a credit to themselves. They all knew my daughter by name and made a real point of talking to her every day. On the final night we made sure to get a photo of her with them all - she's asking to see this every day since we left! She also loved the kids club and the medal games and was so proud to go up on stage to get her certificate and medal.
A huge thank you to every one of the staff for helping to make this truly a holiday to remember
All in all it was the perfect holiday for the 3 of us and we 100% will be looking to return

Overall it was very nice vacation, hotel has the all what i was pleased for. We enjoyed every day here.
