The Hotel Riu Bravo - 0'0 All Inclusive, is just 200m from the popular and vast Playa de Palma beach in Palma de Majorca, Spain. It is the ideal hotel for families, couples and groups of friends who want to spend their holidays sunbathing and discovering the island. This 4 star hotel offers its guests a a high quality service. It has everything you could need for relaxation, with a fresh water swimming pool, a solarium-terrace, gym, steam bath, hydromassage bath and the wellness centre with a range of different treatments. *In compliance with Decree Law 1/2020, of 17 January, against excess tourism (BOIB no. 10 of 23 January 2020), the All Inclusive meal plan includes all meals, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and three alcoholic drinks at lunch and dinner (with a choice between house wine and beer). All other alcoholic beverages are subject to an additional charge.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The hotel itself is nice, clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning works brilliantly, which is a huge plus, and the food is good with plenty of choice.
However, we were very disappointed with the "all-inclusive" package. We booked this holiday last year, but government rules changed in January, meaning this is now an all-inclusive hotel with no spirits included. You can still buy spirits at the bar, which makes calling it "all-inclusive" feel misleading. Beer and wine are limited to three drinks per person at lunch and dinner, so we ended up buying a bottle of vodka from a local shop to add to the non-alcoholic cocktails ourselves. If alcohol isn't included, the hotel should be upfront about it rather than advertising it as all-inclusive.
Another major issue was the noise. The hotel is mainly occupied by German guests, and unfortunately many were extremely loud late at night and in the early hours of the morning. Every morning so far we've been woken between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m. by people returning from nights out, shouting in the corridors and banging on doors. We reported this to reception, but were simply told to call security. If we call security, the disturbance would likely have ended, making it an ineffective solution.
We came here as a couple for a relaxing break without our children, but instead we've had several disrupted nights' sleep. It's a real shame because the hotel itself has many good qualities, but the misleading all-inclusive offering and lack of control over noisy guests have spoiled our holiday.
Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend this hotel.
We had a great 4 night break in June 2026. The food was great, hotel clean and staff super friendly. 2 min walk to the beach and seafront promenade. Would definitely recommend
Very nice holiday home away from home. Place is well kept and clean. Warm and welcoming staff in dining areas and surrounding. My only cons are, no water in the room for us to drink, which we were not aware of until we booked in and realised that the fridge in the rooms were emptied, especially in such hot weather, also nothing to eat on arrival, dining was closed because we arrival appropriately 22.00, they said there was closed food, but it was all vegetables, seems like it was leftovers, we were expecting even a sandwich. But the following day made up for the food, a lot of variety.
we have stayed in Riu hotels in mexico many times so when we seen that the Riu bravo was an all inclusive hotel we decided to book a week there. Unfortunately all inclusive does not include water ,soft drinks or alcohol in the room fridge it does include all meals and 3 alcoholic drinks with lunch and dinner( local wine or beer in a wine glass) the food was very good with a good choice at breakfast , lunch and dinner. This part of the resort and this hotel is predominately German visitors; this was fine as we found this out prior to booking the holiday. Due to large amount of visitors arriving on the our last day the already small 3 glasses of wine were reduced to 3 half glasses of wine . not what we were expecting from a Riu hotel . i don't think we will use this hotel again . The staff were very helpful the food was great but we felt that we were being treated like chidren with the alcohol limits. We believe the limits were brought by the government to reduce drunken behaviour but there seemed to be no reduction if you paid extra for them . due to many of the bars in the area serving drinks all day this did add to the great smell of urine as you walked along some of the streets. We could have stayed at other hotels but we chose a Riu hotel. and as Riu gold member we did feel let down.
Avoid this place if you want peace and quiet...!! The club is beautiful, the staff lovely, and the food is excellent. However... it's located in an extremely noisy area (including on the beach where young people bring their speakers all day long, accompanied by beer) and partying all night. As a result, I didn't get a single decent night's sleep in 9 days, woken up every night by the coming and going of young (and somewhat drunk) vacationers in and out of the hotel. Unfortunately, the poor soundproofing doesn't help matters... so you'll have to choose between partying and sleeping!
