Fantastic service- especially from Alina who put extra effort into making our stay wonderful

One of the best in the chain.
We have guested in this hotel for twelve days and found not even one scratch that could harm their reputation. The breakfast was better than the dinners in most five star hotels we have been before. Dinner was also perfect. There was a part in restaurant for the 7 and 8 floor guest. Our room was one of the best rooms in 7th floor, so we were dinning in the privileged part of the restaurant, but I should mention that it was little bit inconvenient to watch how the waiters were demanding other guests to leave the zone for “privileged ones”, even if most of the tables were not occupied. Anyway overall experience was far too positive. Thanks for hospitality.

Wonderful stay with a total solar eclipse party on the rooftop
This is our fifth stay in this hotel. This year we have picked this week to see the solar eclipse from Mallorca. The hotel organized a rooftop event for guests to have the best view of the total eclipse. Well done!!
