Could've been a better experience
Hotel was very nice, clean, staff were excellent, food was incredible, location was great and a very relaxing environment feel at the hotel when we arrived with lovely lounge areas and indoor swings... However we only booked and stayed here 1 night as I needed to extend my stay to see the eclipse, the air con wasn't working properly at first and only worked intermittently and then it stopped working all together, I came down to speak to one of the staff at 2am and was told there is an issue and an engineer will be out at 7am, I had to have the balcony doors open as it was boiling and no fans in the room, there were people near the hotel doorway entrance at 3am to 4am chatting very loudly without a care in the world, possibly drunk, on top of that there was a terrible smell of garbage bins coming from outside into the room, I also received a phone call at 5am when I was just about to sleep and they put the phone down, all of a sudden I heard the air con come on. Great hotel but just not a good overall relaxing experience if the truth be told. Maybe without the air con issue and noise/disturbance the hotel would get a very good rating at least.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient.

The staff steal your things
The cleaner stole €40 while we ate breakfast downstairs, belongings should be safe locked in your room but they aren’t. Hotel staff haven’t helped, said she’s been here a long time. Police have said they will investigate. A couple there said they’d also had things go missing. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived, hair was stuck on the bathroom walls and in the bath. Breakfast is ok, the juice is too sweet and the hot food isn’t hot by the time you sit down. Pool isn’t heated so it’s freezing for anyone wondering. The heating stopped working and it’s very cold at night, thankfully they fixed it. If you do stay, leave nothing in your room at any time. Take everything with you as the staff can’t be trusted

Stay here when in Mallorca
This hotel is perfectly situated within a 5 min walk to the beach without having to hear all of the commotion from the beach. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The unlimited brunch was fresh and there were many choices to choose from.
