Don’t go here!!!!
Genuinely shocking. Cleaner stole money from our room. The air conditioning was broken in the room and the receptionist was trying to gaslight us telling us it worked when the room felt like a sauna. The food at buffet is very poor The receptionist is extremely rude and stubborn refuses to listen to anything you say and just repeats herself. Black mould in the room and when we said it to receptionist they sent up the handyman to just paint over it. Pool is nice. Atmosphere is ok and the location is decent

Room was clean cool and quiet . Cleaners came every day .
Breakfast and evening meals had great choices .
Location was a good as close enough to beach but far enough away from the busy Main Street .
My 2nd time staying there and would recommend it.

Absolutely stunning!! We both had the most amazing time!! All the staff were amazing the reception team were so helpful and mega friendly went out of their way and couldn't do enough! There was a couple of lady's one was Lucy and can't remember the others but we're all incredible. It was my partners 60th birthday and our 14 year anniversary. She managed to put a bottle of champagne in our room with a lovely note when I asked at arrival! The room was modern and clean, It did take a little while trying to work out how to get to there only took 2 lifts, But was worth it the room and view was incredible and peaceful! and didn't take long to figure it out! It's the perfect break I needed so peaceful! The rooftop bar was insane!! It completely made the stay watching the sunset go down every night! It's the most prettiest sunset I've ever seen in my life! I would stay here over and over again probably one of my best holidays! A hidden gem! The staff and people I spoke to inside and outside were fantastic! I will definitely be back again!

Ok but wouldn’t stay again
Location was good but got charged 100 because of a faulty bed in the morning that couldn’t hold 3 people on it and when trying to explain to the receptionist they said they can’t do anything and my friends got charged 100 also because the room is dirty even though it was clean . Pool is nice but can get busy during the day it’s next to the beach and a 10 min walk to the strip.staff was ok but the receptionist would not listen to my story about the bed and said it was our fu
World cup
Hotel very nice location about right staff very nice, No entertainment, When we were there one of the biggest tournament in the world was on THE FOOTBALL WORLD CUP Plenty of nationality at the hotel but when I asked for the world cup to be shown on the big screen in bar area reception said no big disappointment for a lot of guests who had to go and find bars with TV but majority were full. No cash could be spent at bar only card not good when we only had euros.
