The attractive hotel Fergus Plaza Santa Ponsa is ideally situated in the centre of the popular holiday resort of Santa Ponsa. The beautiful wide sandy beach is just a stone's throw away, a pleasant walk across the square and the sandy dunes pine walk. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with balconies or terraces and features an outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers as well as a buffet restaurant serving Mallorquin dishes. Guests may dine in the on-site pizzeria or sip a cocktail in the bar Cubanito. The restaurant, the pizzeria and the bar all overlook the central square. In the vicinity, guests will find numerous bars, restaurants, banks and local shops. Directly in front of the hotel, there is a taxi rank and a bus stop, providing easy connections to Palma, the island capital. This hotel is an ideal place for guests who wish to spend a holiday under the Mediterranean sun.

Great little boutique hotel in a convenient location. Friendly service. Rooms a little small but fresh and adequate...
Air con not working, not sure whether it was the time of year. Really needs tea/coffee making facilities. Overall would thoroughly recommend. Downside..... Santa Ponsa is a trashy resort full of trashy bars and restaurants. Would not recommend if you like something a little classy. Typical “Brits Abroad”resort.
Good clean pleasant hotel, the position is very good close to a good mix of restaurantes and a taxi rank and the beach with good walks all around the area .The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly , relaxing bar area , never used the pool as it was October but looked clean pleasant area ,there is no private parking but a free public car park a very short walk from the hotel .If we go to Mallorca again will definetely book this hotel
We came here for our Honey moon and which happened to also fall on my husbands birthday. Reception staff friendly on arrival but be aware that there is a tax you have to pay at check in (about £7 per couple, per night)
The standard double room as i'm sure you've read is very small. We payed for an upgrade into the suite, which was so spacious...
I loved the decor and was very clean! Felt pretty modern and we were even able to get a few english channels on free view.
The trouble I found being in a hotel compared to a resort or apartment is the obvious lack of facilities. Unstocked mini fridge, no kettle, iron, lack of drawers etc however this isnt a critisism, just an observation when comparing to other places we've stayed.
The location is great! - with a great location however does come noise. We stayed on the third floor and was still kept awake alot by outside noise coaches etc but i suppose it depends what you are used too! If you live in a busy area normally you will be fine, if you're used to the quiet then ask for a pool view room.
The hotel Reception manager was very helpful in arranging something last minute for my husbands birthday! I was greatful too her for this! The other staff were equally amazing (even when technically not on shift) - one of the guys who works there was even happy to help once he had finished while his colleague was busy helping others.
When sitting around the pool, i wouldnt bother with the buttons- just go to the bar because they never come. Also the pool is Freezing, the sea is warmer.
Everything you need is at your doorstep, shops, bars, bus stop, taxi rank, pool and beach. You can get the bus to Palma for 3.5 and i would highly recommend, we spent most our time there.
Staff are great apart from boy with dreadlocks on reception he was lazy n rude , very noisy place ,try and relax at pool and its all trolleys and banging plate clattering from kitchen .I upgraded to suite wish I hadn't bothered .hotel on main road no double glazing the traffic till 3 in morning n then about 2 hours quiet then start again at 5 you hear everything through glass ..hotel was spotless clean though but for me I shalt not return
Ace place. All staff very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Only had the breakfast but there was a truly superb choice available...
Rooms were cleaned and freshened daily. Everything close by - bus stop across the square and they run frequently. Beach, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Plenty of life in the town. The only downside for Gwyneth was the pool being rather cold, but in all fairness it was October. We'll be back in a few years.
