April stay
Stayed here in April 2026 for the first time. We were having a lovely time until the incident with the dining room floor and we were then moved. So my review is for the first 7 days. The rest of our holiday was ruined by Jet2 putting us in very poor alternative accommodation. The hotel was as expected from the reviews we had read and picture we had seen. The staff were all attentive and friendly, and we enjoyed the buffet food. Sam in the entertainment team was really great and we enjoyed taking part in the daytime activities. Would return to the hotel and area.
Best family holiday
Everything about this hotel is amazing.the food is fantastic with so many options. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very friendly especially with the kids. The entertainment staff especially Sam was so friendly and got everyone involved in all the activities they honestly work so hard day and night and always have a smile on their faces and was so good with the kids they obviously loved them .and with a rooftop adult only with a pool and bar and indoor spa facility and main pool to go to . Only 5 minutes away from the beach and all the bars and restaurants I couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our family holiday.
Amazing family holiday
This hotel was absolutely amazing. Me and my family had the best week. The entertainment team (Antonio, Milan and Sam) made the holiday so special. The day activities included killer pool, darts, volley ball and we particularly enjoyed aqua arobics. They were very friendly and encouraged everyone to get involved. They made sure that everyone around the pool always had a smile and was laughing all day. The receptionist were also amazing, quick to respond to issues and very welcoming. There was a small selection of food and hot beverages upon arrival and departure (2am). The selection of food/drinks was sensational, staff were very kind/helpful, diner area very clean. The roof top pool is also 10/10. The view is insane and perfect for adults only when wanting some quiet time. I would 100% come back to this hotel again as only 5 minute walk from the beach and excellent night entertainment.
Great place
Location fantastic been santa ponsa 3 times now room basic but that's all u need. Pool is great size Food inside restaurant is great for me would just like bit more selection on the hot food.Outside restaurant great it u get what u want with the not much English barrier. The Entertainment I would have like more than just singing acts for the 10 days i stayed.Big hands up to Antonio and Sam Entertainer made my daughter enjoy her stay
Best place to stay
Fantastic hotel we won't stay anywhere else all staff are very friendly and welcoming rooms spotlessly clean very good choice of food and drinks close a fantastic beech for non all inclusive guests great choice of bars and restaurants floozies bar play bingo every night and there's a fantastic chippy called Santa ponsa chippy across the road from floozies we stay here 3 to 4 times a year. Really recommend this hotel just stay once and you will return.
