We came back from Mynd Adeje yesterday and we already have the holiday blues. This hotel was an incredible find, we wanted to visit Tenerife but on the quieter side of the island and this hotel ticked every box. It’s beautiful to start off with, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff on reception are so friendly and welcoming, the breakfast which we had included was delicious every single day with so many options to pick from. There’s never any fight for sunbeds! And the rooftop bar is beautiful 🩷
Overall it’s just beautiful, we had the most incredible holiday and there’s so many restaurants and bars near by that if you don’t want to visit Los Cris/Americanas - there’s absolutely no need to!

This is the 2nd time we have visited Mynd Adeje (having been Mynd Yaiza multiple times prior) and have to say it was unbelievable stay from start to finish.
Bianca the receptionist is an absolute credit to the company and was a major part why our stay was exceptional. We emailed prior to our stay and she was able to help us stay in the room we had previously was not only able to accommodate but able to check us in earlier with complementary drinks. She also provided a complimentary Canadian marmalade and lovely note as well as a note for my wife’s birthday and lovely bottle of wine. It was easily the best service I’ve had in any hotel and were treated better than our wedding stay in another hotel!
The rooms are brilliant too - very modern and clean and the pool room had a great large balcony. The facilities were great in the room and the option to cast your phone to the tv is a great touch I wish we had in other hotels.
The half board option is easily the best I’ve had at any hotels and gives you flexibility with the wallet system allowing you to use the credit on drinks or food. The food options are great - both breakfast and the evening and pool meals. The drinks are brilliant with a special shoutout to Fernando who was brilliant running the pool bar and made fantastic cocktails.
The rooftop bar was a huge reason we stayed with excellent views of the village and sea. Sunset cocktails are a must and really brings a relaxed atmosphere.
The pool area is clean, quiet and relaxed both the main and rooftop pool and no running for sunbeds in the morning.
Overall it is an excellent hotel, with exceptional staff and brilliant services and cannot wait to come back!
It’s very hard for me to write a review for this hotel, as I really just want to keep it a secret (it is really a very special place).
The hotel is best described as a cross between a hotel and a spa, all facilities are modern, clean and really first class.
The App and credit system is very intuitive and easy to use, to book reservations, check on your credit etc.
The general location is quiet, but there’s enough bars and restaurants to keep you occupied for 7 days.
The food and drink is very good.
Our stay at Mynd Adeje started with a lovely friendly smile at check in with Abrena, who continued to say hello and emit a bright and positive vibe throughout our stay.
Of personal note is Marcus Aurelius, Miguel and Diego, really nice guys who could not do enough for us at our evening meal, always very tentative and friendly, they are sadly missed and we will remember them for a very long time

We had a fantastic 5 nights at MYND Adeje. We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly receptionist ( they were all lovely) and were upgraded to a suit which was amazing. The room was spacious and had all We needed including a kettle and cups ( I had emailed prior to arrival asking for tea making facilities in our room). The shower was great, lovely and powerful, had both rainfall and standard heads. The bed was just fantastic it was huge, much bigger than a uk superking, was really comfy and the pillows were amazing, I would love to know what pillows they are and where I can get some? All the staff we had interactions with were lovely and friendly, especially the bar staff ,recommend some great cocktails with very generous measures. The whole hotel had just a lovey relaxed feel about it.
First time at this hotel, arrived at 22.15 and was greeted by a young lady on reception who explained most things about the hotel and served complimentary drinks, the rooms were very nice and very clean and modern with a cooler unit,tv, And air con. The whole hotel was kept very clean in all areas. No need to put towels out on the sun beds as they were always available. I would highly recommend this hotel. One very good feature was the water filter/cooler machine there is one in reception And you could have access to water 24/7. Special acknowledgment to Ebrina on reception what a lovely pleasant lady cannot do enough for you if you require anything she is a super asset to this hotel. Now the things that need attention in my opinion, The breakfast opens at 07.30 hours we arrived at 07.35 and there was no fruit juices out at all so I asked the chef in green attire for orange juice and she pointed me to the juice station but she then realised that they had forgotten to put anything out, and went to get it corrected. But 15 minutes later there was still no orange juice so I asked the lady with blonde hair who usually was setting tables and I was told that she was on her own and it will be dealt with later I asked how later ? She replied later I am too busy. We finished breakfast and it still had not been sorted. 2 days later we went to breakfast at approx 07.45 the juice station was on but the jars were full of diluted water (the dispensers were empty) I brought to the attention of the chef who put someone to replace the cartridges in the machine this took approx 20 mins. Both occasion were within 20 minutes of opening surely this should be checked before opening. And the young lady that was extremely busy well the breakfast bar was almost empty, the tables were set so busy doing what? The only other thing is that in the rooms there is no kettle facilities for a hot drink which in a good hotel is very rare. All in this still is a very good hotel and I would highly recommend.
