Simply the best
Second visit to this fabulous hotel and hopefully not the last. We love everything about this hotel and the location is close to shops, bars, restaurants and also a short walk to fabulous beaches. The hotel offers beautiful spacious comfortable rooms and staff are very welcoming. Pool areas are spotless with a relaxing atmosphere and amazing views. Breakfast is plentiful and we had some lovely food at the poolside restaurant/bar too. Nice touches of fresh bottled water every day. We received a lovely complimentary bottle of fizz on arrival as a returning customer and also a handy shopping bag as a gift on departure which was an unexpected treat. They really make it a holiday to remember and I can't wait to return.
Beautiful hotel
Second time here. The hotel is in a good location, nice quiet area close to beach , shops, restaurants etc. Spotlessly clean and room cleaned everyday including tea, coffee and water replenished. Stayed bed and breakfast, there was plenty of choice every morning and very nice. Also ate at the pool bar which was good. Sunbeds- first hotel I have ever stayed at where there were always beds available whatever time of day. Towards the end of the holiday it did get busier and the lifeguard did remove towels from beds left unoccupied. Had a beautiful room overlooking a quiet side street with a big walk in wardrobe. On our last day we had a late flight so used a shower room on the 4th floor. This had an amazing view of the pool and sea but no walk in wardrobe so not all rooms are the same. We enjoyed having a drink in the courtyard of an evening with some small tapas which was a nice touch. The staff are lovely and friendly, this feels genuine not forced. Will definitely be back but if we could pick this hotel up and put in different resorts that would be perfect!

Great place, Great staff!
To start off, the pool and sun loungers were perfect. Could always get a lounger at any time of day. No sunlounger wars! We had a room with a terrace, the bed was comfy and room was clean everyday. Terrace area was perfect for catching a tan in private or chilling at night. Bonus hang dryer was excellent for drying off all the swim wear. We only went for breakfast all inclusive but it was perfect. Plenty options hot and cold. Bakery portion was a highlight The only thing to note is if you are a light sleeper the live music at night can echo into the room quite a bit but if that’s your thing then perfect! Couldn’t recommend the hotel more! Will come stay here again when we come back to Tenerife!

Lovely stay
Amazing hotel. Brilliant staff and excellent breakfast. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. We had a double room, slightly annoying that the terrace was on a busy roundabout - as it was noisy when sitting out. Tap Water in Tenerife is fine when boiled. My only frustration is lack of water fountains. Access was only available during breakfast from the filters in the dining room. But no facilities to access cold filtered water throughout the day by the pools. Not even in the spa area or the gym!!! Obviously refreshments were available at the Bar for a cost, or a small Cava glass to access lemon water was available. For my husband and I, it meant a daily trip to the stores to purchase 5litre bottled water, decant into personal bottles and keep cool in a small fridge. Not a major issue, but made us conscious of fluid intake, especially in 35 + temperatures.
