The hotel's numerous facilities all work in tandem with each other to ensure you have the perfect holiday. Arriving at this hotel its beautiful and the rooms are not a disappointment. We had 2 rooms next to each other on the 3rd Floor and we're All Inclusive.
Plenty toiletries in the room if you dont have or run out. There is a hair drier but if youre used to a high quality drier I would bring your own. Took forever to dry my hair. Rooms were cleaned daily and fridge/mini bar is a decent size.
Balcony furniture very comfortable and there is a rail for drying. Ours was at the wrong side for getting the sun to dry items.
There was a leak in the roof of the 3rd floor for the whole time we were there which kept getting bigger. Maybe they thought it would fix itself? You had to walk under this to get to the pool.....
Breakfast is plentiful. So much choice.
Bar staff at the pool were friendly especially Bryan. Always has a smile. Most guests tidied up there glasses. There are bins for these but rarely emptied. Overflowing most days. Only saw the pool edges being cleaned a couple of times in 12 days. There was garden debris at the bottom of the pool which could have been cleared out. Don't get me wrong im not saying the pool was dirty just could do a bit better. Sun loungers were never an issue which actually meant you could feel like you were on holiday instead of getting up at 6am to get a lounger. Life guards were vigilant but not unnecessarily which was nice to see.
Entertainment was ok. Not very exciting to be honest. Too much dancing. Not enough singers. Tribute bands would be great. The H10 in los Christianos was brilliant for Entertainment. It was a nice area with plenty tables to have a nice evening.
The Italian in the hotel was really good. Food was delicious. There are a few restaurants near the hotel if you fancy a change from the hotel. Taxi is 7 Euros to the centre of Costa Adeje.
Although a few niggles I would absolutely return to this hotel.
Absolutely amazing hotel. We were in block 2 on the fourth floor in an end room where we had evening sun on our balcony. A DJ courtesy of Hard Rock hotel opposite every day between 12-6pm.
Rituals products are used in rooms and toilets.
Food is fantastic, great selection for all.
Lots of entertainment. 5 pools and the infinity pool is well situated. You won't be disappointed.
Staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly.
Little touches make it special.
Our first time in Tenerife and we wished we stayed for longer!
Once again we are back after a short gap that we think we needed after No#4. A much better experience this time, we stayed in room 470, a front suite that was in our opinion a great upgrade on our usual stays. Huge room, wrap around terrace with direct front sea view, amazing. We stayed 8 nights for my partners birthday, we took in the new Italian restaurant and La Tosca, both great meals, the new cocktail machine was a welcome experience and digital wrist bands for scanning on drink, food ordering and access to your room was a nice touch. We ate a lot out too, turn right and head into La Caleta, only a short 10 minute walk but the restaurants and views are stunning, we ate dinner twice here, the Sushi in Restaurant 88 is a must. We made use a f the Privilege pool area on the roof top for drinks, it’s a lovely view and a really nice chilled out area to enjoy. Evening entertainment is a mixture of hit and miss, but that’s just our taste, Elton John impersonator is every two weeks, we saw him a couple of years and thoroughly enjoyed it, we were lucky to catch him this year. The hotel does need a little bit of TLC but it did not put us off.
As much as we have loved this trip, we love the area, but will be looking to try one of the other hotels for our next trip to Adeje.
H10 Costa Adeje Palace is absolutly amazing. So far this is the only hotel that makes me feel like I can stay for 1 month without feeling want to go home. Christina from the customer service was very polite, helpful and supportive. I could tell she did her very best to support my case. I wanted to book the Italian restaurant for our 10th wedding anniversery dinner so she managed to arrange for us to have to have our buffet lunch instead of dinner that same day. Food is the strenghth of the hotel. a wide variety of food for everyone ( meat eaters or seafood lovers or vegetarians or vegans) Food menu changes every day. Activities for both kids and adults are exciting. The water park is an attractions for kids. One thing about this hotel that people might not know is that they have curtains very thick curtains on their balconies. I wondered why at first and then I heard from other guests that when children are sound asleep at night, the balcony is perfect for some romance because the curtains are thick and the door to the balcony is sound proof. A family of 4 or 5 can fit into a family room because there are 2 double beds and one sofa bed.
Staff are so friendly and work so hard to maintain the hotel standards. I see their staff clean the floor, windows and door so regularly. The ground is cleaned every day too.

I am writing this review when I am still in their hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel again in the future.
Summer 2026. 2 adults and 2 children. Location is very good, a car for travelling is a must if you want to discover the surroundings.
