I have been to this hotel twice, once half board and once all inclusive. I must say it is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in.
The location is great, not massively lively but still the beachfront rush less than a minute away if you want it. There are plenty of other bars and restaurants to eat at. Also Tenerife is great for activities, most directly pick you up from the hotel. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The staff are great and adults only makes such a difference. The rooms… HUGE and perfectly clean and tidy. Slight imperfections in that the shower door didn’t close properly but we managed.
I may not return for a while but currently my number 1 hotel. As a young couple, it is clear that there is something for everyone here.

Third time best stay
Third time here & our best stay. We were given a room behind the Spa, much bigger than previous rooms in the main hotel & with so much more storage. Had a side sea view which was an added bonus. Huge bathroom with walk in shower. No sunbed issues, they remove towels in the morning on reserved beds. We stayed All inc and ate in the main restaurant. Anyone who struggles to find something to eat must be very picky. The theme nights are great. We didn’t eat in the Italian or Seafood restaurants this time. Staff in all areas are amazing, yes sometimes there’s a wait to be served in the evening but that’s usually at the beginning of the evening when less staff are on. Later in the evening they are very attentive. The entertainment is enjoyable, they’ve added new acts this year and they were great especially Symphfunny. The best group by far are the Decades soul band. The Glow party was fantastic. Dani & his entertainment team are brilliant, his quick wit & attention to making sure all are having a fantastic holiday is second to none. We’re trying elsewhere for a change next year but we’ll be back!

Great hotel BUT.
Great staff , nice clean hotel, great location. I would have given 5 stars but the last day could have been better if the hotel would let you use your inclusive deal what we were entitled to . We arrived late on a Friday night for 7 nights all inclusive and on the following Friday they take everything away from you at 12. I always thought 7 nights was a full 7 days but not with this hotel. Shame really because we had a great holiday and it was nice to see the Spanish celebration of winning the World Cup.

What a fantastic hotel!!!! Our holiday was All-inclusive, privileged and well worth the money. Everything was just perfect from the moment we arrived until we left, nothing was too much trouble. Service was first class from every department. The glow 90s and foam parties amazing! Food lots of choice and very well presented. Around the hotel was spotless. I could go on and on praising this hotel and staff, so we have booked to go back in October ❤️ see you all soon. Xx

Apologies if anyone has read a previous review of this hotel however a family member has added this due to my upset and concerns and without allowing the hotel to rectify the issues . We had another bottle issue for which upset us and could have happened anywhere in the world but i was upset . anyway i want to add the hotel team have certainly rectified the issue and certainly ensured and ensuring our stay is now in a better place . the room was changed complimentary cheese and champagne and Marina a very helpful member of the team in hotel have certainly made us remove the review written by our family member and we would certainly stay here again and i just admit yes things go wrong but this hotel certainly knows how to put the wheels back on which we are greatful and can now enjoy the rest of our holiday
