Really enjoyed my stay here, was a beautiful hotel with a great food, great staff and great entertainment, really well organised good selection of activities and a decent sized pool, couldn’t ask for anything else Would 100% recommend !
Went for a week with my two boys.
First impressions not great 55min wait in que at reception to book in. Everytime needed reception long wait
Room was ok, view was out to road, so loud, also refurb next door so lots of noise from early on
Pools ok, but lots of missing tiles, wood around pools needs screwing in.
Drinks ok but ques massive during day
Food was good - no problems - main dining room massive so always space.
Hotel was very busy
Decent location - 10 min walk to beach
Would go back to the area but not sure about this hotel
We stayed here for the first time in August /September after deciding on a last minute holiday The hotel itself is well located for local shops, restaurants and bars and has a couple of banks and a pharmacy just a couple of minutes walk away The staff are really friendly and helpful Rooms are lovely and clean Buffet style restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner also really nice. We stayed all inclusive so really easy. The main pool is great for kids and activities going on from the entertainment team most of the time and there is also a roof top pool which is great for sun worshipers A great stay and will definitely be back
We recently stayed here all inclusive, superior room. The hotel is very run down ,in need of a full freshen up, lights out, tiles cracked. There's even one broken up at the pool with a wet floor sign sat on top of it...
The room toilet constantly dripped, walls are paper thin. Beds are 2 singles on wheels ,you move the bed moves lol, I toss and turn so always ended up around a foot away from the wall. You can't control the balcony light, reception controls them which is mental. The pools are dirty, grime and the deep one smells really bad when your in it, pool floors are dirty also, eye opener for me as I've never got into a smelly pool! All inclusive food wasn't for me, plastic chicken, chips, pizza fingers etc. We eat out everynight. All inclusive drinks are non branded , and its plastic cups unless in the upstairs bar, which has 0 atmosphere and music at volume 1. Overall the hotel is in need of a restoration big time, id rate it 3 star. Location is quite good for fanabe beach, bars and restaurants. If it wasn't for covid and being thankfull for just getting a break and a holiday, id be severely annoyed with the place. We booked in a travel agents which recommend as a nice 4 star, it's really not.
Stayed here in early September. I'd say this was a good time to visit as most schools were starting again so the hotel wasn't as busy with families- although there were still lots of older people and couples. Our room was comfortable with a big bed, clean and had everything we needed...
Housekeepers did a good job- only thing is they threw away our rubbish from the countertops some of which we actually wanted to keep e.g. wristbands from a beach club. Pool was busy but there was a quieter terrace with another pool which was much more pleasant. Food was ok but a bit repetitive. We stayed half board and preferred to go out into Costa Adeje for dinners/drinks because the food was better and we had to pay for drinks in the hotel anyways. I think all inclusive would have become boring after a few days. Overall decent stay, staff were nice & accommodating and covid measures made us feel safe.
