NOT family friendly, allergy friendly, vegetarian friendly.
Not a family hotel!!!!! Loud shouting and music playing in the room next to us well after midnight. Why would you stick a family right next to a room of lads? Do not go here if you have allergies. Foods not labeled, it's not worth the risk. No separation of foods for vegetarians. 1 set of utensils for meet and cheese. Salads can have fish/chicken in.
This pics of the empty sunbeds with towels on was 9:56am. I think that tells a tale all of its own.

Claire is fantastic, she really makes the kids holiday special and enjoyable. They can't help but love her, nor can we. She does so much behind the scenes to make things happen that we don't see, and she never stops entertaining. Thank you so much Claire for keeping River and Hallie happy for several hours a day with the kids club, mini disco and so much more. You're amazing my dear, simply the best. SM wouldn't be the same without you 💖🤩🦄 xx
My experience
This hotel was pretty nice. Claire was really nice for the kids all the kids loved her. There was lots of activities on round the pool and stuff. The drinks were decent. Quite a lot of kids in the summer holidays so your children can make plenty of friends. The rooms were pretty good the room I was in had air con and a little fan ( I just used the air con because it was cooler ). I would recommend this place for families.
