As soon as we arrived the service was exceptional, from getting off the transfer bus to checking in. We were offered drinks at reception which was done smoothly and our suitcases were then taken to our room. This hotel has the best employees who go the extra mile for its guests, each and everyone of them are an absolute legend and far too many to name. I particularly liked how senior management were always in the restaurant every night to greet you went for food. I’ve not really liked all inclusive food before, but the food here is absolutely brilliant my daughter loved it, such a varied choice. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this incredible hotel. We were mother, daughter and granddaughter with age range of 15 to 70 years. We had a duplex suite which was perfect for us and gave us space and privacy. Everything about the hotel is exceptional from the wonderful attentive staff, the fabulous food, varied entertainment and perfect location. I had checked reviews constantly before our arrival and wondered if they could really be as good as they sounded and that there must be some negatives but I could not find one. It's the best hotel I've ever stayed in and I've been to many before not only in Tenerife but worldwide. It was my granddaughter's 15th birthday during our stay and we booked the Portofino restaurant for the occasion. The attentive staff made it very special for her and gave us all a fantastic experience especially all the waiters singing to her. It's very hard to praise staff individually as all were wonderful but Aily by the pool was such a lovely girl who worked so hard bringing drinks all day and always with a smile she is a credit to the hotel. Also an exceptional young man who was our waiter in the Zeus restaurant was Jesus. He was lovely, attentive and genuine always. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and always spoke to us about our day, remembered our drinks preferences and made us look forward to dinner every evening. Again a credit to the hotel. We cannot go without mentioning the lovely Antonio in the Anthelia Mall in the evenings .On our first night he made us so welcome and suggested a non alcoholic cocktail for my granddaughter which became a firm favourite throughout the stay. He was very attentive and had a lovely sense of humour. All staff were hardworking and made our holiday so memorable. The management team were always visible and ensuring guests had the best experience. In all it was an amazing holiday and it felt like leaving family behind when we came home. I would definitely give the Anthelia 10 out of 10. Thanks to you all x
