Family holiday
Amazing hotel. Rooms were spacious & well equipped. We had interconnecting family rooms which worked really well. Food was delicious, lots of choice and a different theme each night. The staff were friendly and very helpful. All areas of the hotel complex were kept very clean. We had a fabulous time and can’t wait to go back!
Great staff, food and pools- perfect for a family holiday!
What really stood out for this place was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, waiters, waitresses, cleaners, bar staff- everyone! The place was also spotless- our rooms beautifully cleaned each day and quickly. They had lots of activities and the pools were perfect. Busy but not overcrowded at all. Food buffet was good and the lunch place was also good. Bring a water bottle as they have free water fountains everywhere- which is really excellent. There is a pool table and table football which was fun. Also a very decent gym. Siam park is excellent for a day trip and really close to the hotel. Water polo was great fun and the aqua aerobics was great for all ages in our group from 8-78! Good with allergies.

Outstanding
Excellent first visit to this hotel. Greeted warmly on arrival with drinks, lemon scented face towels and our bags taken to our beautiful bedrooms. Everything about this hotel was 5 star and suited our family of six. We took the half board option which gave us lots of variety and choice. Fresh cooking at breakfast and dinner and superb choices every day. The management team were always around checking everything was good and without failure every single member of staff were warm, friendly and courteous. Evening entertainment was varied, we particularly enjoyed the White Party, Queen and Abba Tribute bands and The Greatest Showman show. Lots of activities during the day if you wanted them. Special shout out to the lovely Miriam, she works so hard serving drinks by the pool always with a smile all day, even managed to dance with a full tray of drinks! Thank you all, we will definitely return in the future.

Just arrived home from a lovely stay at this hotel , from the moment we arrived we were greeted by Susi on reception who throughout our stay was fantastic. The hotel food is unbelievable and the location and cleanliness is 5 star. Myself and my family had the best holiday ever and there is too many excellent staff to include , but special thanks to Susi on reception, Michal guest relations manager , Roger on the catering staff and David and Myriam on the poolside bar. One piece of positive feedback the games room could do with modernising, it seems abit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel , maybe some more pool tables and table tennis tables . Thank you soooooo much for a truly great holiday and definitely see you again next year.
A lovely stay
Great hotel. Had everything we wanted. All staff were fantastic. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We had 2 adjoining rooms. Spotless and plenty of space. Only 1 minor complaint was the toilet having a glass door. Some rooms had a separate door between the bedroom and bathroom areas but ours didn’t and we would have preferred this. We used both pools. Both great. Usual sunbed issue if you want to be right next to the pool but beds further back were available later and smaller pool was less popular. Reception did confirm on arrival they would help if we couldn’t find beds. We opted for bed and breakfast. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. If we were to stay again we would definitely go with the all inclusive option. Whilst there are lots of restaurants outside the hotel they all seem to offer the same standard menu. The hotel would have offered more choice for salads etc compared to restaurants outside and based on breakfast, quality would have been good. Overall a really nice hotel with great staff.
