The dress code to access the main restaurant consists of formal clothes for gentlemen, such as long pants during dinners.

Fabulous location and a great clean friendly hotel. Two minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.
This is the first all inclusive hotel I have been to where the food has been great. Attention to detail in the resteraunt is fabulous, all meat is cooked exactly how you like it (I even like my chicken well done, I get a little worried) they go above and beyond for the kids with pancake stations and chocolate fountains, it has a luxurious feel with a bagel station with cream cheese and smoked salmon and many different toppings. This morning there was a decorate your own cupcake station which was a nice touch. Eggs flipped if you like! No faults here at all!
Rooms a little small but I’m basing this on having a fairly big pushchair in the room so for the normal family or couple it probably is sufficient however again very clean, maids do a great job to!
No sunbed wars, pools and water slides great addition and the little ones love it! Life guards are on it espically in the main slide pool.
Nice little touches in the bars with the bowls of crisps, popcorn, nuts, smarties!
Only downside as of current for me is 20 euro per person for the rental of the beach towels, it’s a lot and I feel like although you will get this back I don’t really want £60 euros back. I would prefer the cash back in English.
Had 8 nights at the Bouganville Hotel it’s in a great location next to the sea, we chose Star Prestige half board, can’t fault a thing apart from the receptionist Marta who spent nearly 1/2 hour on the phone and kept saying to us wait a minute then back on the phone, no eye contact no manners and no answer to our question look at the APP, is all we got, a great let down to the team. On the other hand the room was kept spotless clean by our hostess, sheets and room spotless, good quiet air conditioning, and we had a lovely sea view, the restaurant area and buffet was amazing the staff went over and beyond, very friendly helpful and working hard clearing tables re-setting for other guests. The choice of food is brilliant different theme nights we would highly recommend this hotel lots to do good entertainment team on an evening. I thank you for a good holiday I have given 5 stars as it warrants a 5 star apart from reception.

A large hotel, generally good facilities. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast selection. Only negative is there not enough lifts to service such a large hotel at peak times.
Lifts always breaking down and only 4 for the whole hotel - this is now a joke, they need to install more lifts urgently
